Ozaki Kasumi has a petite, yet womanly and spoon-shaped figure. The most distinctive parts of her figure are her thick thighs which sit over lusciously toned proportionally long legs, and wide hips. She has a petite core and smaller chest and shoulders.

Kasumi has white hair and bright green eyes, light pink skin, and burgundy red lips. She normally wears her hair in a vertical and tall ponytail. Her hair frames a heart-shaped facial shape, with wide cheekbones, an angular jawline, and a pointy, but not overly prominent chin. Her eyes are very wide set and doe-like, framing a delicate nose and distinctively plump lips.

Kasumi has Elven-style ears that are rimmed with white fur like a Neko's in the Winter.

In Summer she dresses herself in off the shoulder knee length dresses, and high waisted pants with very deep V necks or bodysuits to show off her soft, demure chest and the area below, even to her belly button.

In Winter she loves to bundle up in a Star Army Coat, Type 32 and thick periwinkle tights or one of her own with poofy sleeves or flared waist, skinny boot-cut trousers, or a thick cinching belts over a warm wool A-line dress.Ashy, well-kept fashionable lace-up ankle boots or black patent leather flats are what she usually wears for shoes.

Kasumi is a patient, analytical, and calculating woman. Although she is physically, mathematically, and spatially intelligent, in line with her core personality, she is prone to indecision and inaction, especially when faced with difficult decisions. However, she is not indolent or inactive, simply irresolute.

Kasumi is also somewhat systematic and inflexible. When faced with volatile situations, she tends to lose control of her emotions and her attitudes can range from exasperated to extremely lively. On the surface, this tendency makes her appear to be emotionally volatile and unpredictable to her peers. However, this inclination tends to dissipate when she is working with a cohesive and disciplined group.

She is quick to ask for help and assistance. In that sense, Kasumi is extremely coachable and patient.

Ozaki Kasumi was created by Ketsurui Zaibatsu on UX-19 II in YE 39. Kasumi completed socialization training and basic training at Educational Facility 1, where she showed herself to have a high level of bodily-kinesthetic, logical-mathematical, and spatial intelligence. Kasumi was assigned to YSS Kaiyō II immediately after completing basic.

Kasumi arrived on the ship during it's shore leave on Kyopelinvuori, where she met Yoshida Kokoro and Mikodimus Belmont. Although she only spoke to Mikodimus once, she developed a connection with his half brother, Alastair Belmont. She met Yoshida while having dinner, and the two proceeded to become friends after training together in a few simulations.

Soon after the shore leave, Kasumi met TraumaPatcher Care Seven Six 76-6165-3411 and Jake. During the first meeting with Jake, the pair trained together and had a conversation in Jake's cabin, where Kasumi discovered a few hints to Jake's past when she cross referenced the source of a few distinctive tattoos on his form. Wanting to fulfill her obligation to inform the captain and to help Jake, Kasumi met with Taiyou Hoshi to discuss the findings, and the two agreed to investigate further into Jake's past. After finding that Jake had connections to 188604, Kasumi made plans to investigate the clues further, seeking to give Jake answers regarding his old life.

Kasumi met Care in her medical center, where the two conversed and exchanged ideas on the nature of synthetic life. By the end of the conversation, Care had revealed an intimate detail regarding her lack of ability to express and communicate emotions, explicitly because of her lack of biological and synthetic organs that replicated human like ones.

Overall, Kasumi's time on board the ship had made her a standout empath towards the crew and all those she spent any amount of time with. Though she left the ship after some time on board, Kasumi found herself not aboard another starship for years to come. Kasumi attended her secondary training after that which had come with her creation by choosing to become a green panel and lean into her workplace strengths.

For a few years she went to college for a degree in mathematics and a minor in spatial telemetry. She then went on to post-graduate schooling. She trained at the Star Army School of Advanced Infantry Combat and took classes from Ketsurui Aiko when she taught officers after the Kuvexian War and was taught by others at Mayame Officer School. While living in Yamataian city centers, Kasumi grew into a close-knit circle of girls that spent their free time enjoying night life and the marvels of the Empire. They stayed in contact when she went on to serve as a station crewmen aboard the Ikoi-Class Light Starbase. It was temporarily stationed near New Vicky, her birthplace.

• Dimensions: 10 Inch Diameter, 1.25 Inch Blade Width

• Appearance Description: An aerodynamic, personnel-scale weapon intended to be utilized at medium range, the chakram has a circular shape and a monomolecular edge. The left side of blade has a circular handle (about an eight of the circumference in size) with a small and comfortable rubber grip, allowing for the weapon to be caught after a toss. The blade itself has a silver sheen and is unadorned. In essence, the aesthetic of the weapon is minimal and purely functional.
• Purpose/Usage: The flight path of the chakram can be controlled via throwing, digital mind transmission, or encrypted telepathy. The aerodynamic shape of the weapon, gravitic drive, and it's relatively low mass gives it a top flying speed of 100 MPH.
