When his with his friends he is fun, adventurous and kind, when with someone he doesn't like he is cold and distance. He is a kleptomaniac and goes for things that will help his engineering dreams, like tools and bolts

The Okumura family were average in wealth and mostly served in the army, they aren't that well known to other houses. They normally are the soldier that stays in the background away from the main fight or group, being the engineers and other out of the way Occupations. He has a brother and sister being the youngest out of the three and his parents are always on a mission coming home for a few days at most. Their family mark is imprinted in the cloning process, it looks like a dragon.

Rin was born as the middle child in the Okumura Clan of this generation, the second son of the family he was treated kindly but never seemed to be the same as his older brother, more interested in taking apart and reconstructing his toys. He wasn't into sports, only staying inside and building different things, o=people thought he should be like his brother, but he was made to be an engineer not a fighter. When his sister was in the picture he spent his time protecting her and looking out for her, the three of them were always together, until Tokaya went into the Academy, then Rin and finally Lilian.

Rin passed at the top of his classes in engineering, he was always fascinated with machines and always tried to dissemble and reassemble them in his free time, he spent most of the time drawing a full spaceship blueprint he cares about this more than his own life, he repaired machines for money to get himself through the academy. No one really saw him at the academy because he was normally a workshop he claimed for himself and going to eat at weird times

Rin can design a lot of different weapons, droids and vehicles to the best accuracy. He can also build most designs with the minimum of resources and waste, he is secretly making a small pet droid to use in fight and as a pet.

Rin can use his skills that he learnt at the academy to repair and maintain star army equipment, he can do this quickly and efficiently. He hates the easy way though, thinking that using it is worse than leaving the equipment damaged.

Rin loves to make others laughs, no matter what it is as long as he made at least one person laugh it makes him happy. He can also play a couple of instruments that we has with him most of the time, a small flute and a violin.
