Build and Skin Color: A pale-skinned Nekovalkyrja with an hourglass figure.

Eyes and Facial Features: Yuu has a small nose, with almond-shaped dark gold eyes. Her smile is bright, large, inviting, and the biggest feature of her face.

Ears: She has blue furry cat ears.

Hair Color and Style: She has straight blue hair down to her shoulderblades she keeps in a casual Chignon bun when she has the time to do so.

Distinguishing Features: Yuu's smile is her most distinguishing feature. She uses it in an attempt to charm, or (without really thinking about it) revealing that she's come up with something clever.

Personality: Yuu is a naive young Nekovalkyrja who hasn't quite “found” who she is yet. The biggest parts of her personality, however, are her mischievous nature, her love of attention, and her surprising tendency to capitulate in the face of a confrontation. Her anger is hard to bring out, and, indeed, she hasn't really discovered her anger yet beyond superficial reactions. Rather than be angry, she's more likely to find fault in herself, or take insults too much to heart.

Yuukon was born in early YE 35. She was socialized, where she took a particular liking to having her sisters and the technicians give her attention. It was also here where she developed her distinguishing smile. After socialization, Yuu went into training and had her name shortened to “Yuu” by those who were more familiar with her. She passed through like the rest of her sisters, and was assigned as a Spacey-type Infantryman, to serve aboard starships.

• Communication: Yuu is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Yuu is fluent in Nepleslian and Yamataian. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc. She is also naturally familiar with her own bodies' communicative capabilities.
• Fighting: Yuu received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor. As an infantryman, she is also skilled with grenade and energy rifles.
• Technology Operation: Yuu is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.
• Mathematics: Yuu received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.
• Survival: Yuukon has been instructed in how to survive in Yamatai-like and alien environments. She can last for several days, due to her ability to identify edible local fauna, ration her own supplies, construct shelter, and navigate on land.
• Vehicles: Yuukon can drive most common (non-aeronautical) vehicles within the Yamatai Star Empire and Star Army of Yamatai, including trucks, cars, APC's, and some hovercraft. She can also operate manned weapons emplacements with and without a crew, under fire, and can assemble and disassemble the most common of these within the Star Army of Yamatai.
• Demolitions: Yuukon has received training in the use of explosives employed by the Star Army of Yamatai. She can set, detonate (either via signal or timer), and also understands the use of explosives in controlled demolitions, and has been educated in load-bearing portions of constructs, and how to identify weak portions of armored targets and the basic tactics used to exploit all of these weaknesses.
