Eika Konpeki is a NH-33S (Stealth) in the Star Army of Yamatai. She is a Star Army Intelligence Operative serving as the Star Army Intelligence Analyst of the Heitan-class Carrier YSS Heitan Eika Konpeki was both a Non-Player Character and a player character created and played by Nashoba, and was adopted by Yuuki as part of the NPCs in the Second Expeditionary Fleet¹⁾.

Eika Konpeki is a player character played by Nashoba and is currently on board the YSS Heitan.

Distinguishing Features: Konpeki has two earring in each ear. Konpeki is a soprano singer like her mother. Konpeki uses her skin-based holo projectors to conceal her SPINE interface when performing.

Konpeki uses her skin-based holographic projection, to change her eyes to brown, her hair to black, and hide one of her earrings on each ear. SPINE interface can be seen as a series of pink dots on her back.

Personality: Konpeki is a typical Nekovalkyrja of her generation; she is curious, inquisitive, feisty, and not afraid to take on challenges. She enjoys performing in front of people when the opportunity arises. Like her mother, she believes that music is best in the purest form, without being over digitized, and over produced. She applies this same principle to her work.

Mother Eika Shiroi (White song)

Eika Konpeki (Azure Song) is the daughter of Eika Shiroi (White song). She was born 27 YE. Her mother is a singer/performer. She traveled with Shiroi, learning to perform. She performed with her mother for a year before striking out on her own. She enjoyed performing, and watching the audience. But after the show she always had a sense of something missing. One night that changed, after a performance a young man approached her. He said he needed her assistance, but it might be risky. He needed her assistance getting into a party, and the host was a fan of hers. Konpeki found the prospect of a bit of adventure too good to resist. She got them in easily and kept the host distracted while her 'date' did what he needed. Afterwards they enjoyed a few drinks before he left he gave her a card. Saying “You might want to check this out.” The next morning she contacted the nearest Star Army recruiting office, and applied for SAINT.

• After completing her training as a SAINT operative, Konpeki was deployed aboard the YSS Genei their first mission is find out the source supplying a terrorist group located in Kohana City.

• After the terrorist mission, Konpeki spent most of her time doing administrative actions, taking additional Star Army Intelligence training, and taking data analysis courses.

• She was transferred to the Second Expeditionary Fleet and promoted to Ittô Heisho. She was assigned as an intelligence officer aboard the YSS Heitan, she was assigned to work with the 21st Squadron - Fighting Diamonds.

Konpeki is a trained singer/performer. She is familiar with stage equipment. She is capable of composing and arranging music. She is comfortable appearing before a crowd. Konpeki is a good dancer, but its not her strongest talent.

Hanging out in various clubs and meeting different performers, Konpeki learned a few interesting talents, sleight of hand, pick pocketing, and lock picking. She also knows how get the word on the street (streetwise).

Konpeki is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. She is fluent in Nepleslian and Yamatai. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc. She also can speak telepathically and send encrypted messages.

Konpeki received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor. Konpeki has been learning to fight with a sword, as a silent weapon for us on missions.

Konpeki is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information. Konpeki is proficient in the use of all Star Army Intelligence equipment, as well as standard Star Army of Yamatai equipment.

Konpeki can understand and give out tactical commands and work with his troop to follow those commands efficiently. She knows the importance of teamwork on the battlefield, has been intensively trained in discipline and morale, and is able to recognize the command structure even while under extreme pressure (combat, etc). Konpeki is able to recognize ambush points. She knows basic math in order to calculate distances, etc, and can use a tactical map.
