Nashiro Misaka is a NPC played in the Task Force Phantom plot.

Build and Skin Colour: The typical Nekovalkyrja build: slender, small, and tough with pale skin.

Facial Features and Eye Color: She has sharp, very feline features with a thin jaw and mouth. Misaka has beautiful green eyes.

Hair Color and Style: Misaka has dark brown hair, cut short to hang just above her shoulders.

Distinguishing Features: Misaka's green eyes.

Personality: Misaka is perhaps the opposite of her friend, Sakamura Makoto. She is serious, dark, and very suspicious of almost everyone except for her close friend. Often, her comments about her profession of being a Medic are “I should have been a real soldier.”

Misaka received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor.

Misaka is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Misaka is fluent in Nepleslian and Yamataian. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.

Misaka is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

Misaka received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.
