The Third Mishhuvurthyar War Service Ribbon is a military award of the Star Army of Yamatai denoting military service during the Third Mishhuvurthyar War.

After the Empress Himiko I declared war on the Mishhuvurthyar for the third time in YE 45, the Star Army created a new service ribbon for the war campaign. The new ribbon became available in YE 45.8.

The requirements to receive this awards are:

• Must be a member of the Star Army of Yamatai or any allied military force (such as Star Military of the Democratic Imperium of Nepleslia).
• Served during the Third Mishhuvurthyar War.

The award is issued by:

• Star Army Personnel Command (Star Army Starship Captain or Unit commanders may also issue it as needed).
• Allied military personnel departments

The ribbon is primarily red as a background and has three thick gold vertical stripes, each bordered by thin black lines. The colors are a reference to the colors used by the Sfrarabla Mishhuvurthyar Nougpift and the NMX. The three gold stripes represent the Third Mishhuvurthyar War.

It is worn on the Type 35 Class A formal uniform.
