Tetsuya is an attractive adult Norian who is in the prime years of adulthood. He is 180cm tall, weighs 75kg, and has a relatively muscular and athletic build. He adheres to a military-level athletic training program to not only keep fit but to address minor bone density depletion caused by long periods spent on ships with less than 1G standard gravity, like many who were stuck on ships during the Umarian Wars.

He has dark blue hair, generally wears it in a very short cut, and has honey-gold eyes.

Tetsuya (Airwin Caeyara) is an ENTJ²⁾ personality type, which is very fitting for his long years in public and military service. He is an intense strategist by nature with an uncanny sense of patience which generally plays out negatively for his enemies. He tends to be able to color inside the lines while grasping the need for the occasional diversion outside of them to ensure success and has no problems deligating work with trust in his subordinates to complete it. Some find him to be demeaning at times, unable to handle the failures and setbacks related to errors outside of his control.

Despite having risen to power during troubling times, Airwin has a compassionate side and a deep love for his people that extends to the point where he would sacrifice anything of himself to see their continuity. During times of ration, he frequently denied himself the benefits of Imperial privilege to suffer beside the soldiers who fought for their freedom. Although he has these shining features he also carries a dark side which is laden with grief over his own losses over the years, he is prone to addiction having fought an addition to drugs derived from the void entities of the Asune Dimension, and although he's overcome that addiction he is prone to seeking comfort in other vices.

Tetsuya (Airwin Caeyara) was born in 186 BYE, during the mid-Falcon Movement led by his late grandfather Caecyan 'Falcon' Caeyara. Formerly painted with the stigma of having been born of the capital worlds, but not in so much issue in recent times, Tetsuya was born on Ayenee ³⁾ and his childhood was mostly spent on that planet being that his parents were stationed there. Tetsuya's father, Adrin Eitan would come to lead the Norian people as their Aestaesys⁴⁾ following the abdication of his father from the throne.⁵⁾

The Voli⁶⁾, as was his title then, grew up with a melding of both Norian and Ayenee influences. So while he learned about highly technological things such as the advances learned from the achievements of the Ancients, he also learned things like Swordsmanship and Archery. During the Chaos Hive War in YE 21, Airwin served as a Capitan in the Norian Military. Shortly after the war, his daughter Aiura Caeyara immigrated to the Yamatai Star Empire. Airwin was cast into exile on Ayenee due to his father's paranoia in which he and his twin sister Rin Caeyara were considered possible threats to his reign.

In YE 30, everything changed when Airwin's father was taken as a prisoner of war during the Umarian Wars. A group of Admirals and high-ranking members of the military sought out Airwin on Ayenee and he was suddenly thrown into a leadership role he never wanted or expected to have. Airwin gained popularity quickly as he fought on the frontlines with the Continuum's soldiers against the Umarian threat.

Airwin ordered the flag officers of the Continuum Star Navy to come up with a solution for the Umarian problem. It was then decided that their technological deep dive into Leviathan and Asune technology would be put into full force within their fleets. Little did they know, this tremendous power that would win them the war would become a pandora's box which they should have never opened. Airwin and the people of the Norian Continuum celebrated their victory ignorant of what horrible things they had unleashed upon themselves.

In YE 35 during the Void Wars, Airwin became one of the tainted under the control of one of the many Asune Dimensional beings bent upon the desire to consume, indulge, assimilate and destroy everything within their path. Thankfully, thanks to one of his sisters; Princess Aerum Eitan who had escaped the taint while being on Ayenee discovered that a special energy pulse extracted from yet another dimension, called a Masamune wave could be used to close the rifts to the asune void ending the taint over the continuum's people and technology.

Airwin Caeyara, during the final years of the Void Wars and the Craethel War and the Declaration of Null, became the visionary for a new Norian nation to be called Tsenlan. In YE 44.7 following the destruction of New Noria, he led survivors in a fleet of Arks to the Kagami Galaxy in hopes that his nation's old allies the Yamatai Star Empire would be able to help. Things did not go as planned when the fleet was attacked at Ayenee which resulted in the destruction of a survivor ark carrying a hundred million lives and severe damage to the other Arks and their escorts. The battle interrupted the funeral of Airwin's wife, Sinith Caeyara, which had already broken him emotionally due to the savage and unexpected timing of her death.

The Norian's arrived in the Kikyo Sector near Xylar, Airwin then set out for assistance from the Yamatai Star Empire where he was received by Taisho Ketsurui Yui who quickly gathered the might of her Star Army of Yamatai. Operation Fireplace began a short time later, which served as the official Arrival of the Norians.^{7) 8)}

• Starship Operations - Tetsuya can effectively operate Starships, but has mastered the use of Leviathan Technology and mindhive symbiosis.

• Politics - Tetsuya is the current head-of-state for Tsenlan, a hopeful state of the Yamatai Star Empire.
• Art - Tetsuya is a painter, he enjoys painting landscapes in many different mediums using a variety of techniques.
• Vesper Expression - Tetsuya's Vesper Links to those he cares about are known to be intense and he's mastered the ability to use images or projected thought spaces to participate in communication with others.
• Hover Bike - Tetsuya has participated in several hoverbike events over the years, and he is hoping that the Yamatai Star Empire offers some entertainment along these lines.
• Religion - Tetsuya has a love-hate relationship with The Church of the Builders, he devotedly believes in the builders themselves, while he finds the priesthood to be something in need of social reform and a good hit-over-the-head.
