Olivia Winroe has chocolatey brown eyes and lighter brown hair that falls past her chest that she has bleached the ends of so that her hair goes from tawny brown to white at the shoulders. She has a strong body with a slim waist and C-cup breasts.

Sharp-witted and determined, Olivia is a quintessential pick for the job. She is capable and firm, direct and never demure. She stands proud of her actions, but is never hostile nor combative to superiors. Instead, she is there for them and has a good working relationship with all of them.

Olivia Winroe was born in YE 08 in the city of Funky City on Planet Nepleslia. She didn't grow up in a grand tower away from the perils of the city, but instead was a part of the rough and tumble life of Funky City. She was a scrapper, getting into fights and learning why she, a Nepleslian with no cybernetic enhancements, should not be fighting those with them. She slowed her roll, eventually, gave her face and body time to heal the scars of her youth while she was in her late teens, and joined the Nepleslian Star Navy when she was willing to settle on a career.

She entered, enjoyed boot camp, and was soon bumped up from private after showing her colors. She was a part of several pirate skirmishes at the beginning, then all at once she was put into the line of duty during Rok'Veru Offensive, when she helped navigate a Corona Heavy Gunship for the duration of the Offensive, stationed out of the flagship NSS Timote of the Assault Group of the 1st Assault Fleet. Following this, she was made lieutenant of the ship that had lost its own in the offensive. Son thereafter, she went through pilot's training and joined the starfighter corps. She was a capable and controlled pilot, moving up the rank one more rung to XO of her squadron and was transferred to Aquila Flight.
