Build and Skin Color: Gray skin with a toned build like a goodly majority of the rest of the neko out there.

Facial Features and Eye Color: Brown eyes with sculpted features; high cheekbones and a feminine jawline. Her most outstanding feature is a slightly aquiline nose.

Hair Color and Style: Saori wears her black hair down to the small of her back and tied off in a loose tail.

Distinguishing Features: On the lower left side of her back is her manufacturing tattoo.

Personality: Saori is somewhat of an introverted and serious-minded sort, the kind to look before she leaps - though once she's committed herself to a task she almost never backs off. Though fresh from the factory, she's indulged in carving out a personality to make a place for herself in the world.

Due to her laconic means of speech and generally austere personality, Saori hearkens back to an older, more militaristic mindset of neko - this is not so, she merely doesn't know what she wants yet and instead of indulging as some neko do she integrates new experiences and items into her life as suits her at her own pace. As for her method of speaking, she speaks only if she believes she can improve on the silence - very Zen, this one.

Likes: Saori likes to exercise, kick back and read books - usually on philosophy, and of course, loves to fly. Her favorite drink is barley tea. Dislikes: Her dislikes include loud music, loud people, and sweets. The first two because it throws her off her calm zone. The last because sweet things just never really tasted good to her. Goals: Lead her own squadron.

Star Army of Yamatai

Born in YE 31, Saori was a product of the Neko-works of Ketsurui Zaibatsu in Kyoto. Sent off to training, Saori showed an above-average talent for spatial cognition along with an affinity for the sky - quickly earmarked her for the pilot corps.

Saori is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Along with this, Saori is fluent in Nepleslian and Yamataian. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc. As a neko, she possess telepathic capability and the know-how to communicate in this medium.

Saori received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor. As an enlisted soldier, she also got training with energy rifles and grenades. Out of all of these, she developed a particular liking for hand to hand, unarmed combat forms and has worked its practice into her physical training routine.

Saori is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

Saori received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.

Saori is an accomplished fighter pilot and can fly any Aerospace Craft in the inventory. She is proficient in all fighter craft used by the Star Army of Yamatai. She is experienced at both flying and fighting in atmosphere and in vacuum.

Saori has been studying up on the more esoteric side of her existence and has started collecting books and other material and begun reading up to broaden her horizons and help her figure out who she is in this universe.

Saori, already fairly physically fit by virtue of being a neko, doesn't take her physique for granted and whether she needs it or not keeps up with an exercise schedule.
