Nakeysha's nickname is “Key” and when she signs her name, she adds a little drawing of a key 🔑 next to it.

Nakeysha has a cigar (reddish brown) colored skin tone and thick, shiny black hair that goes mostly straight down to the bottom of her shoulderblades. She has brown eyes, thick hips, and a very large bust. She is 6 feet (1.8288 meters) tall and fit. She speaks fluent Trade (language) and some Yamataigo (邪馬台語) but can only read Yamataigo with the use of translator mindware.

Nakeysha is self-confident, calm, smooth, and flirty. She's a natural problem solver and trouble shooter and is very inventive. She has an unusually in-depth knowledge of starship systems for a non-technician. She is also a certified pilot and can fly shuttles and starships.

Nakeysha is very athletic. In school Nakeysha was a talented competitive volleyball player and cross-country runner. She enjoys kendo and karate and holds a second-degree black belt. She can be found on the track or in the gym at least once a day. She has a hidden talent for throwing hammers with good aim.

Nakeysha uses pineapple scented shampoos and soaps.

Smalls joined the Star Army in YE 39, attending basic training at Fort Victory Reserve Center, Yamatai, and occupational training at the Nataria Fleet Depot, Nataria. She got her first assignment at the start of YE 40, at the Central Fleet Depot in Central Uesureya, Yamatai.

In YE 40, a bizarre incident occurred where Nakeysha was transported by unknown means to the desert of an unknown planet where she and others from the Star Army universe and other universes were attacked by bug-like alien creatures and had to band together and take shelter in a cave to survive. The adventure ended abruptly when an Essai intervened and threw her through a portal, putting her back on planet Yamatai.

In YE 41, Nakeysha was promoted to Ittô Hei and assigned as the primary secretary for the Central Fleet Depot.

At the start of YE 42, Nakeysha and her girlfriend Ahn Ha-Neul organized an item swap meet for excess salvage¹⁾ and also a buyback for excess weaponry²⁾.

Nakeysha and Ha-Neul attended the Hanami festival in Kyoto in YE 42³⁾.

In 42.3, she was promoted to Jôtô Hei and in YE 43.4, she was promoted to Nitô Heisho⁴⁾.

In YE 44.1 she was promoted to Ittô Heisho.

In YE 45.3 she was promoted to Jôtô Heisho.

Nakeysha became friends and exercise partner with Ahn Ha-neul while working at the Central Fleet Depot in mid-YE 40. Eventually they developed romantic feelings for each other. When Ha-neul came out about her feelings during Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈 in YE 41, things turned steamy and now Nakeysha likes to jokingly call Ha-neul her “barracks wife.”
