Itazura is a typical Nekovalkyrja, Type 33 that has been accessorized with a few modifications. She has a pale complexion with light pink accents and a spattering of freckles under her vibrant purple eyes that go from cheekbone to cheekbone. Her luscious red hair spills down to just barely kiss the top or her callipygian bottom. She has a height of 150cm with a lithe build. Two of the modifications made to her body are her pronounced chest and wide hips.

At all possible times Itazura wears the bare minimum mandatory level of clothing, often opting to use volumetrics if anything. If she is on duty her uniform is always kept in a pristine state. When on duty her hair is kept within regulations as mandated. However, she lets her vibrant red tresses flow free any chance she gets. Itazura has several tattoos that are kept hidden through the use of volumetric devices or NanoInk Veil.

Itazura is an ENFJ¹⁾ personality type. She is a very energetic extrovert who craves social interaction and openly expresses her emotions. There is no hiding her feelings about anyone or anything, even if she managed to keep her mouth shut her facial expressions would give it away immediately. Itazura is extremely intuitive, with an active imagination that often leads her into focusing on hidden meanings and any variety of potential outcomes. She values emotional expression, sometimes prioritizing emotions and empathetic responses over cold fact. Though that only tends to apply in her personal life. When it comes to her professional life or military service it is the other way around for the most part. There are occasions where utilizing her intuition is the better call.

Anything in work or her personal life is highly organized. She is very decisive and puts a lot of work into making sure things are thorough. When it comes to those she finds attractive she is bound to bouts of spontaneity. Itazura is very stress-resistant, she refuses to worry too much about things out of her control.

Motoyoshi-Shimizu Itazura was born YE 42.6 to Ketsurui-Motoyoshi Katsuko and Shimizu-Motoyoshi Akina (清水本吉明菜). Instead of being tube-grown or made, her mother Akina carried the pregnancy and delivered her. By the end of YE 42.9 she had fully matured, opting to have modifications made to accessorize her body. During those three months she received extensive education in Motoyoshi Clan history, culture, structure, politics, buisiness, relationships, and territory.

In YE 43.1 she enlisted in the Star Army of Yamatai as a Star Army Science Officer at the rank of Shoi Kohosei. Upon enlisting she underwent ninety-eight days of standard training per the Star Army Standard Training requirements. Following completion of standard training as required for all Nekovalkyrja, Type 33 she began her specialization training for Science Officer. Due to her species lasted nine months as mandated by the specialization training standards. At time of completion in YE 44.4 she was given orders to YSS Tokyo and took remote courses with the Ketsurui Academy to pursue a degree in Life Sciences.

Whenever she was not on watch Itazura spent her time actively seeking out knowledge from more experienced personnel. Many hours were spent diligently studying resources given to her for study, even watching and participating in and experiments that she was allowed to do so. The only time she stepped away for her studies was to honor the traditional holidays and ceremonies of the Motoyoshi Clan. In YE 45.7 the Accelerated Officer Program had expanded to apply to her occupations as a Star Army Science Officer²⁾. Her remote courses with the Ketsurui Academy were transferred to Kyoto War College to complete the remainder of her training with a degree majoring in chemistry and minoring in biology. In YE 46.7 the remainder of her educational requirements were satisfied due to her prior enrollment in the Ketsurui Academy and she was promoted to Shoi.
