This is a business agreement between the Lo'ken Institute and Ketsurui Zaibatsu, written in YE 44.8. Also referred to as LITA¹⁾.

General Information of the trade agreement.

It was important for Tsenlan to provide employment for its people. The Caeyara and Eitan Ysi owned Lo'ken Institute would seek the initial means of funding to do so in YE 44.8 through the forging of an agreement with Ketsurui Zaibatsu. Although coveted Leviathan Technology would become shared, it was the most viable means of profit. It would also tighten the commitment of Tsenlan to become a functioning state of the Yamatai Star Empire.

For a profit, the Lo'ken Institute will provide:

• The Ketsurui Fleet Yards with discounted production of Leviathan Technology.
  • Sub-Contract Personnel with expertise in Leviathan Technology to teach, repair, refit and give maintenance of in-service units.
  • Partnership at Port Lo'ken (MERN E'stlhualas and MERN Ithond converted) space station in the Akina System.
  • Production of Military Leviathan for the Star Army of Yamatai.
  • Production of a Military Grade Leviathan for the service of the Star Army of Yamatai by the end of YE 45.
• Production of Sanctuary Technology for use in Colonization and Urban Applications.
  • Assisted completion of New Taiie Megastructure.
  • Cooperation in other Megastructure Projects.

Ketsurui Zaibatsu will provide:

• Bellflower Note(KS) in exchange for goods produced and services rendered.
• Assisted seed advance funding over the first 2 YE, with a 25% return over 5 YE.
• Purchase of the goods and services mentioned above.
