Part of the Ketsurui Military Sector, New Vicky (also called Star System UX-19) is a star system charted by Kitsurugi Uesu during his departure from Central Yamatai (Planet). This system is notable for its extremely cold terrestrial world, similar to Vicky.
UX-19 is home to a Star Army Intelligence base on its habitable world, UX-19 II, where black-hulled starships stop to resupply between long trips into Sfrarabla Mishhuvurthyar Xhrafuklurp (SMX)-controlled space. The planet is cold and icy. Living in underground bunkers is a garrison of Nekovalkyrja. Most of these “Snowy Nekos” come from the local Mass Cloning Facility and have chalky skin, blond or platinum blond hair, and light blue-gray eyes. Typical dress for the “Snowy Nekos” is a white jumpsuit, fur boots and hooded jackets, and when outside, ski masks, and goggles.
UX-19 II is home to Ketsurui Prison and a Frontier Fort built near it in YE 32. In YE 36, the planet became part of the PAINT public transportation system and has a Tenba that regularly visits and provides (military-only) passenger flights to Shinjuku Starport on Hanako's World.
The Yamatai Star Empire placed global communications networks of Emrys Satellites into orbit of all of the system's terrestrial worlds in YE 36.
In YE 41, Akimoto Akira was transferred to New Vicky as the Installation Commander.
In YE 41, this star system was conquered by forces from the Interstellar Kingdom Of Kuvexia during the Kuvexian Invasion of YE 41.
A massive particle accelerator has been built around this planet for Project Prometheus.
