The Epicenter I and II are large multistory dance clubs on Libra Star Fortress' Foxtrot Arm and Chiharu no Iori. They actually contain four different dance areas.
Above and in front of the building a volumetric display was visible. It contained a variety of figures dancing and the word EPICENTER being displayed in a variety of ways and languages.
The entrance opens into a large open space with marble flooring on either side on the ground level is an entrance to one of two dance rooms. A pair of sweeping staircases along the walls lead up to the upper dance doors. Above each door is an illuminated sign with the name of the room.
In the back of the ground floor is Decom, it is a lounge where the patrons can relax, and mingle in a quieter environment.
Each dance room features a different type of music and when possible they have live performers from the local area. They have an outer area with tables and chairs for those who wish to watch and listen. There is a stage in the front that either the entertainer, or DJ uses. A small bar is available to provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the patrons. An Te-G1 Anaba Super Karaoke Machine is connected to the entertainment system.
