Digital Tattoos are the ultimate form of self-expression. You are your own canvas on which to create. You can create a wide range of images to decorate yourself. And if you grow tired of the images you created, you can erase them and create new one.

Digital Tattoo comes with a number of options. Once the client has been treated with DT they can customize their skin appearance. They can be used to create simple patterns or moving objects. A DT cannot change the physical features of the client. Digital Tattoo is a semi-permanent treatment. It can be removed at the request of the client.

Digital Tattoo can be applied to a specific portion of the body, such as a hand or face. Or it can be used to decorate larger sections of the body, up to and including full body. External aspects of the user such as facial hair, or body hair will still be visible. The client will have to decide how best to integrate it.

Digital Tattoos must be implanted by trained Kagayaki Cosmetics personnel. It can be done at a Kiosk, or any of their Day Spas.

Digital Tattoo is created by injecting cutaneous nanobots into the area the client wants to be able to modify. The nanobots are powered by ambient EM fields.

The client has two options when it comes to controlling their Tattoo. They can have a small round implant 25 mm in diameter and .3 mm in depth inserted to control the tattoo. The implant has its own power source that uses ambient EM fields to power. Or, they can apply a similar device in contact with the skin.

They can then use most devices to control their tattoos. There is an encryption for each customer to prevent others from overriding the owner.

Basic Tattoos work by changing the pigmentation of the skin cells. When the client chooses to turn off the tattoo, the nanobots return the skin cells back to their original color.

Basic tattoos can change fairly rapidly. Changing a tattoo takes approximately 2-5 seconds for a quarter of their skin. 7 - 10 seconds for a full body. A client can program a sequence of tattoos that they want to display in a given order and often use the transitions to add to the dramatic affect.

Examples:

A hunter wanting to hunt a creature can use their tattoo to create a camouflage pattern to make it harder for their quarry to see them.

Advanced tattoos can perform all aspects of the basic package. However, they also include a luminescent aspect. The Advanced Tattoo nanobots do not produce volumetric image, but they can cause the skin to give off light. This gives the user the ability to display their work in low or no light situations. They can use them to illuminate images or symbols or all of the skin, with different hues. They can also use it in emergency situations to help illuminate the way out of a dangerous location. The Advance Tattoos have a max setting of 75 Lumens.

Pricing is based on the amount of the user's skin they want to accent.
