Ketsurui Koyuki is 169 cm and 63 kg with an athletic build, light skin, golden eyes, Neko-type ears, and black hair styled in a hime cut. She has typically Yamataian facial features and eye shape, just like both of her parents. She speaks with a calm, even tone in almost every circumstance, and her voice is warm and deep, resonant and sonorous.

Ketsurui Koyuki has been raised under strict and exacting expectations on all sides of her family, and feels that weight constantly while it guides nearly everything she does. She is focused, precise, driven, and loyal, with a fierce sense of duty and obligation. Not just one, but two Imperial Sovereigns, one from either side of her parentage, as well as a family full of Ketsurui Samurai, it suffuses and permeates her being so fully that the values they instilled are the overwhelming source of every last mannerism.

Ketsurui Koyuki was born on YE 45.7.10 in Malifar. Being involved with the Kikyō Scouts and attending its Pathfinder Camp in her youngling period, as well as being raised among Ketsurui Samurai and the Motoyoshi Clan she joined the Star Army as soon as she was an adult, attending Basic Training, Officer Training, and attending the Star Army School of Advanced Infantry Combat immediately before enrolling at Star Army Academy in the Military Sciences program.
