Feyani is 5'5“, sleek and pale. Her purple eyes glow with a piercing curiosity, her incredibly light, almost white golden hair that flows down to her perky rear. Her voice seems monotonous, her eyes nor body language ever betraying her intentions. She's as flat as they come.

Feyani is a quietly confident person. Underneath her impassive demeanor she thinks herself calculating and cold, rebuking any statement that questions her personality. In reality, she is a little insecure about being handed what she's been given though she would never admit so and often overcompensates by overly micromanaging.

Iemochi Feyani was born in YE 06 in the city of Kyoto, Yamatai. As with all her siblings, she was raised by her mother and various trusted company staff rather than her father. As with the rest of her family, she earned an advanced degree - in management - before joining her father in business. After several years working alongside him, she felt incredibly uncomfortable with her father's disownment of her brother at birth, simply because of a freak accident in which her mother died in labor.

Apparently the only member of the family that felt this way, she decided to state she no longer wished to work for the family company and wanted to follow her own path. She left on good terms with the rest of her family yet internally hated them for abandoning their own blood.

Joining the Star Army as an Investigator, she quickly progressed through the officer ranks due to her rigorous upbringing in managerial matters, eventually rising to becoming the second-in-command of the Investigators - at that time a small corps of the Star Army.

In YE 39 the then-commander of the Investigators, a Ketsurui member, was expelled from office due to her “suboptimal” upkeep of the rule of law inside the Star Army. As second in command, the duty was trusted to Feyani. That very same year, she entirely reformed the Investigators into the Star Army Military Police (SAMP), expanding the corps and doing what her predecessor did not.

In YE 41, Feyani was transferred to the Elysian Naval Arsenal to serve as the base commander. This was an unusual move as commanders of Star Army Logistics bases usually have a logistics background. Rumors spread that this probably meant the Ketsurui family had some sort of personal beef with Feyani, but it was actually that Ketsurui Yui was dissatisfied with the way the Star Army Military Police was being run in terms of being integrated with the rest of the Star Army.

In YE 42, the Iemochi submitted to Hanako a proposal for reforming the Star Army Research Administration. She had been working on this in her spare time during the past year as Base Commander. Her proposal was accepted and she was given the job of implementing this change.

In YE 43, she proposed Star Army Special Operations. She was appointed as its Chief after it was approved. In YE 45 she was removed as Director of SASO and in YE 46, SARA removed her as well.¹⁾
