Natsuko is a Player Character played by mizunoyoroko and was involved in the UCS Zenpyou plot. They were adopted by ethereal.

Build and Skin Colour: Natsuko is a bit on the smaller side, and has normal skin color.

Facial Features and Eye Colour: Natsuko's eyes are blue. Hair Colour and Style: Natsuko's hair falls down until about halfway down her back, she doesn't ever where it up in anyway. Her hair is usually black with blue highlights spaced randomly throughout. Distinguishing Features: Other than her small stature, Natsuko has no real distinguishing features.

Personality: Natsuko is generally a very outgoing and audacious person, she often speaks her mind. Whenever she does anything she gives it her full 110% percent, even if she doesn't like to do it. however she is not afraid of being confrontational with anyone she has a problem with, save the upper command of course. Natsuko enjoys the confrontational circumstances. Natsuko wants to learn as much as she can about everything, although her favorite subject is history. When it comes down to it though Natsuko is a caring person and just wants to be loved, but she won't tell you that herself. Family is something Natsuko desires most, but at the same time, she fears opening herself to others at the same time for fear of losing them.

Natsuko was created by the Ketsuri Zaibutsu as a tool to be used in the war against the Misshu. Natsuko's first deployment was aboard a Yui-class scout ship which was destroyed, 3 months after her arrival, during an engagement with a Misshu ship. Luckily the Misshu ship was destroyed as well, but Natsuko and what remained of the original armor wing of her ship were left adrift. Several hours after the battle, the wing was recovered by a SAoY vessel that was passing nearby. For the next six months Natsuko was shuffled around different ships multiple times.

After spending six months being shuffled around the 5th Expeditionary Fleet, Natsuko was assigned to the 17th Kasairyuu Power Armor Wing.

When Central Yamatai ordered the 5th XF to launch an all out offensive on Bizankro, the 5XF brought their issues back to Yamatai. Projections were that not only would the 5XF lose, they would lose badly. Even favorable odds had more than a 60% loss of life. Yet the order remained. The 17th boarded the YSS Akuro III expecting to unload into certain doom. In the end though the Akuro III passed right through Bizankro and went straight to central Yamatai. Upon their arrival the 17th was ordered to launch and form a defensive gaurd around the ship. It was then Natsuko lost faith in herself, unsure of whether or not she could shoot her sisters Natsuko prayed that nothing would forcer her to choose between them and her new family among the 17th. Luckily the event was quickly resolved without a shot being fired, and miraculously the leadership of the Yamataian Star Empire changed hands to the Motoyoshi.

A group of angry Nepleslians and ID-SOLs took several hostages in an attempt for revenge. The building was stormed by the 17th Kasairyuu and the hostages were secured.

After the TDRT mission the 5th XF declared it's intention to secede, when the members of the 17th were returning to orbit they were informed of the changeover. Natsuko opted to stay with the newly formed United Outer Colonies, unknowingly pulling Xanatos along with her. The 17th was then stationed shortly aboard the YSS Akuro III now rechristened the The Akuro III. The group only spent a short amount of time aboard the ship, just long enough to be issued the new basic kit and turn in their old standard issue equipment and uniforms from the Star Empire of Yamatai. They also returned their power armors and were issued Tenshi no Yoru 'Tenshi' Light Mechanized Power Armor power armors. Natsuko was also given a promotion, to the new rank of Peacekeeper 2nd Class. Natsuko wandered around with Ai and Xanatos after having discovered that Galar had decided to remain in Yamatai, they ended up in the Armor bay where the new Tenshi armors were parked. As they entered Natsuko spotted someone disassembling one of the armors, and promptly addressed her concern directly. Unbeknownst to her however, this person was a new engineer to the group, Jason Starlock. While Natsuko barraged the helpless recruit she noticed Ai was looking rather upset and speaking to Xanatos. Unknown to Natsuko the root of Ai's sadness was that Galar had left, not something that Xanatos had said or done. Without pause Natsuko rushed over and rushed to help her friend. As the two were talking the truth behind Ai's sadness became clear just as they received a message with new orders. The new orders contained a new rank, Cadet. The orders sent them to a shuttle docked in the multifunction bay where they would be taken to their new assignment. Chouteisha Squadron.

After being assigned to Chouteisha, a flurry of activity hit Natsuko in the face. Xanatos, Natsuko's lover, was immediately re-assigned during the mission briefing to a different post. It felt for Natsuko as if he were ripped out of her life. Shortly thereafter, there was a miscommunication between the commanders of Chouteisha Sqaudron and the group was pulled off of their ships. After a short flight the team deployed in order to protect the transports. That's when everything went wrong. As the squadron deployed it was attacked by unknown enemy forces using anti-aircraft weapondry. The squadron eventually managed to land, and with the aid of Venura, sent down to assist and supply the squad, they were eventually able to take out the anti-aircraft weapons and hold out for support. In the months that followed, Natsuko recovered then began to attend Shambhai Leadership Academy in order to complete her training as an officer. Following graduation, Natsuko was assigned to the UCS Zenpyou.

She joined the SAOY after a convoluted process too complex to put into words concisely because she felt that the UOC was no longer the place for her. She was then transferred to the YSS Shinigami which was later positioned inside Task Force Inquisition, at which point she had progressed to Away Team Leader.

After Task Force Inquisition's activity died down and many Nekos were beginning to move into the reserves, Natsuko was given the choice to undertake MP training at Fort Hikari, or be placed in reserves. She chose to complete the training and was shortly thereafter assigned to the YSS Wyvern.

Natsuko is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Natsuko is fluent in English and Japanese. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.

Natsuko received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, knives, and power armor

Natsuko is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

Natsuko has received much more training in piloting power armors than most other Star Army soldiers. She knows the ins and outs of a power armor system and is able to diagnose and solve minor to moderate system problems (electronic malfunctions, intake problems), and can perform rudimentary repairs (very basic) with proper tools. She can operate hand-controlled flight systems.

After her creation Natsuko had a deep desire to learn the history of Yamatai and its past relationships with other countries.

Natsuko underwent a two weak survival training course that taught her survival techniques for most hostile environments.

Hiragi Natsuko is currently a Sub-Lieutenant in the United Outer Colonies Peacekeeper Forces. She receives a weekly salary of 650HS per week.

Because Natsuko hasn't changed bodies ICly I haven't changed her species yet, once this occurs I will update the bio as soon as I can (or as soon as I remember to do so). Also, when she changes she will change to a Neko look-alike body. I.e. she'll still have 3 fingers and cat ears (and presumably, the same toes as a neko as well).
