The name of the ship references its ability to suddenly pounce upon targets of opportunity, its name translates to: Prancing Dragon.

Into the Shadows we go, and strike without warning - the ship was tasked with a mission of stealth, thus its motto's reflects not just its mission but also the fact that it strikes without giving the enemy a chance to react.

The ship is in excellent fighting condition, although its AMTC, combat simulator, and one of its five shuttle bays have been rendered inoperable by saboteurs.

• Command of the ship changed from Takeyu Nayacesen to Sibyl Gorganis
• Ambushed within Yamatai core space by another group unknown enemies, likely unrelated, during which encounter its resupply shuttle was stolen, most of its fighters were disabled, and infiltrators used the disabled fighters to board the ship, self-destructing when caught.
