The Ke-V10-W3900 was developed for use on the Ke-V10 "Mamushi" Multirole Starfighter and became available in YE 39.
The Ke-V10-W3900 uses Aether from a small onboard generator directly underneath the turret pod's turret, which is modified using the onboard subspace acceleration tunnel array until it reaches plasma state. At this point, the turret's guns prepare the Aether plasma into a weaponized state and fired at a fire rate 1,250 shots per minute until either the barrels melt down or the craft or generator gives out.
The arc of fire is a dome that covers from the base of the turret to pointing directly up. Due to the turret's construction, it cannot aim down any more than 10 degrees, because of this the Gun Turret Pod was designed for top and bottom pylons for full coverage 1).
The pod looks like a metal pill with a turret sticking out of the bottom 2). Each pod is slotted on a pylon and powered by their internal Aether generators which are inside the metal pill. There are general warnings painted on the outside that warn about the generator and also have mounting instructions. At the base of each side of the metal pill are access locks, which unlock to expose the Aether generator inside.
