Standing at 5 feet tall with a nice almost plump figure from her stature more then anything else. She's rather toned, and curvaceous in figure with a modest C bust. With blue eyes, brunette hair, and a slightly freckled face that is only added to by her dark almond colored skin.

Formal, yet outgoing, she is a go-getter most of the time. Looking to better herself and help others as she can, the Hanyandi woman tries her hardest to make friends and allies as she puts forth her efforts. Having felt that training in medicine was the best course to that goal, went to school to become educated in becoming a certified doctor. With the war on however, she felt her efforts would be best put to use on those displaced by the fighting and those who had suffered lose due to it, and not some clinic where she could only help a local few.

Born in YE 20 in the Hanyan Continent, Safia was raised as an heir to the position of tribe leader of the Hanyandi people. Her father, firm yet loving, raised her and her siblings within their people's traditions. She was taught their culture, their history, and hopefully what would be their future as a people.

She was not the oldest however, and while her older sister Zania was groomed for tribe head, Safia sought the world beyond. Once she was of age, the young woman sought to see the Kikyo Sector and explore. She even took up learning a medical education, originally planned to be piggybacked on a term of enlisted service.

However, she chose to take a detour and study abroad, hoping to become like one of her people's traveling doctors of old.

Safia is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters. She is fluent in Trade (language). She can speak and write it correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, etc.

Safia received intensive hand-to-hand combat training (primarily focused on self defense) and has followed up that knowledge with a rigorous training program. Weapons she is trained in include pistols of all types, knives, and rifles of the hunting variety.

Safia knows how to survive in hostile environments. She can build shelters, hunt and forage for food, build a fire, etc. Safia can camouflage herself and is familiar with guerrilla warfare tactics.

An excellent cook worthy of praise, especially when it comes to down home cooking. Her specialty are Hanyandi dishes, but can learn how to fix just about anything given time. She absolutely loves to cook as a stress reliever, particularly in the form of comfort food such as baking.

Safia has for the last year, diligently studied to earn her doctorate, and become a licensed medical practcioner. She is well trained in most basic procedures and treatments, as well as proper dosing measurement for her patients.

Safia is well versed in matters of music, and even drama, especially those traditional to her people. She elegant when dancing, no matter the context, or theme of the occasion. As a princess to hanyandi people, she very educated in literature, and has a deep fondness for old books.

Safia knows her way around basic operation of most devices, and driving commercial ground vehicles. She won't be repairing any complex tech anytime soon, but she'd be willing to learn. At least in order to delve into the field of cybernetics for her medical occupation she is studying for.
