Distinguishing Features: Human features due to model type.

Personality: Bubbly and psychotic - chipper, playful, and mischievous. Chime was simply born with an interesting personality, shadowed slightly by a significant case of bipolarism. Her life experiences so far have made her rather optimistic. However, due to her bipolarism, she sometimes lapses into a state of cold, calculating hatred for all things.

Ketsurui Zaibatsu

Created by Ketsurui Zaibatsu as a commission for the Yamataian Military. Chime was then trained by the Yamataian Military and given a basic education and extensive training the piloting of power armor. She showed the usual talent for it that most NH-29 do, but beyond that, she loved the feeling of piloting her Mindy. Like wearing a second skin - made of metal. Her unfortunate case of bipolarism was caused by an accident in training in which a broken electronic drone exploded, and parts of debris landed on her head. Upon finishing up her military schooling, she was put into the queue of soldiers awaiting ship assignments.

Chime is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. She is fluent in Nepleslian, and Yamataian. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.

Chime received advanced hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, energy rifles, grenades, knives, and power armor.

Chime is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

Chime received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.

Chime is more agile and reflexive than the average example of her species. She is also capable of professional-level feats of acrobatics. For example, she could jump off a fire escape, run up a wall to grab a ledge, or run along a wall to cross a gap.

Chime has been trained to operate space shuttles. She is of average skill, but has great potential for improvement.

Chime has been trained to maintain and repair the power armor she pilots, as well as assist technical crew in repairing starship machinery.
