Mizumitsu Sara was a former Neko standing at 172cm (her natural height) and 120kg (augmentations), she has an athletic body she works hard to maintain. She always stands upright and never slouches even when relaxing. Her facial expression when in professional mode could be best described as “cold”.

As a fomer Mizumitsu Samurai of the Ryu-Mizumitsu Clan, Mizumitsu Sara was trained from birth to maintain her discipline and always complete the task at hand. To those she does not know/professional setting, she will maintain a fairly cold and professional facade. Otherwise, she is naturally a bubbly (but snarky) individual.

Mizumitsu Sara was born 20日 4月 YE 09 in Yamatai (Planet) within the Mizumitsu Samurai of the Ryu-Mizumitsu Clan to Mizumitsu Takashi. Still mourning the death of his son, Takashi wished for his new daughter to have a better chance of surviving in a changing world. Where her dead older brother was trained only in the combat arts, she would be trained in both the combat arts and respecting wisdom in all its forms.

She joined the Star Army of Yamatai at the beginning of YE 30 as a commissioned science officer (linguistics and anthropology). But she did not remain with the Star Army as the Yugumo Cluster declared its independence a few months after her assignment to the 5th XF. Despite her loyalty to Yamatai and her clan, she ultimately sided with the separatists as she believed their cause to be just in light of the growing evidence of Yamatai's actions.

She gave up her NH-29 body for the inferior NH-22C body. She quickly switched over to the NI-Aria Type 1 when it was made available to make use of cybernetics to restore some abilities she was accustomed to. Which would come in handy with the piracy problem the UOC would have to handle. On more than one occasion, the science officer would have to rely more on her martial training than her scientific training.

In, YE 33 the Sub-Commander witnessed the end of the UOC and the Yamatai Star Empire swooping in on the corpse. While she was appreciative of the reforms the Empire had undergone due to their actions, she knew she could never return to her home due to the dishonor she caused her clan. So she remained with her Nepleslian rescuers and decided to become an independent explorer/mercenary for employers wishing to explore their frontier.

She eventually ended up on Osman in YE 39, with her employment contract ending with an employer. She remained, trying her best to balance helping the people of the planet and getting paid. Though she ultimately gave up and left. Joining the NDC, Sara's skillsets placed her within the warrior cadre as an “Offensive” ambassador for the conclave.

In YE 44, she met with associates of her clan on the RKS “Wulong”, a Nuwa Class Frigate, in international space while on leave. After a heated discussion with her adopted brother via a telepresence drone, she made amends with both him and the clan. Becoming a full member once more, she transferred from her Ni-Aria body into a Lily Type Artificial Nepleslian body prepared for her in advance if she had regained her status with her clan. Or so she was led to believe. In YE 45, after a number of years Sara resigned her commission from the Legion.

Mizumitsu Sara was familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. She is fluent in Trade (language), Yamataigo (邪馬台語), and number of other alien languages.

As a Mizumitsu Samurai gone ronin, Mizumitsu Sara was also adept in swordsmanship, marksmanship, and can combine the two in a style of Sora-Mai (sword and energy pistol) that marks her as Mizumitsu. She is also quite adept at a martial arts style similar to Terran aikido. Her SAoY training grants her the ability to operate power armor.

Mizumitsu Sara received Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) training as optional training during Basic Officer Training.

Mizumitsu Sara had basic familiarity in the use of Frames.

Mizumitsu Sara learned from her father that wisdom comes in many forms and to respect life. This caused her to develop an interest in anthropology to help her better understand other cultures. She is also a decent linguist, capable of deciphering languages with enough exposure and time.

Due to her SAoY training, she is skilled in the art of diplomacy (which has saved her numerous times) and knows to always stay current with the laws where ever she goes.

Mizumitsu Sara is adept at the art of infiltration, honed by years of exploration and avoiding hostile forces. She was adept at lockpicking, which supplement her hacking abilities learned from ruin exploration, the act of crafting propaganda/lies with elements of truth and creating half-decent identities on her own.

Mizumitsu Sara was capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information. Due to her experience in working in the field and exploring ruins, she possesses hacking abilities and is able to understand most operating systems/programming languages once she understands the syntax for them.

She has basic familiarity with the technical operation of frames.
