Vicky (originally named Victoria) is one of three star systems in the Samurai Sector. Travel in the system is restricted to authorized ships of the Star Army of Yamatai. About 50,000 Nekovalkyrja live on Vicky.

Vicky is home to a Star Army Intelligence base on its habitable world, where black-hulled starships stop to resupply between long trips into Sfrarabla Mishhuvurthyar Xhrafuklurp (SMX)-controlled space. The planet is cold and icy. Living in underground bunkers is a garrison of Nekovalkyrja. Most of these “Snowy Nekos” come from the local Mass Cloning Facility and have chalky skin, blond or platinum blond hair, and light blue-gray eyes. Typical dress for the “Snowy Nekos” is a white jumpsuit, fur boots and hooded jackets, and when outside, ski masks, and goggles.

The Yamatai Star Empire placed global communications networks of Emrys Satellites into orbit of all of the system's terrestrial worlds in YE 36.

In YE 41, Jinja Emi was assigned as commander of the SAINT base.

The New Vicky System is named after this star system due to their similar icy worlds.

Vicky's population is almost exclusively composed of Star Army soldiers, mostly in the intelligence field, so you will see a lot of uniforms with black panels. This also means the population tends to be Nekovalkyrja and working-age Minkan, with males only making around a tenth of the population.
