• Bowing aboard the ship is only required when boarding the ship, reporting to the Captain, and greeting visitors.
• Sexual activities should be confined to quarters.
• Maintain your mind and body in good condition.
• Use any substance that will hinder your effectiveness unless it can be cured immediately are prohibited. This includes alcohol.
