Found on larger Star Army of Yamatai vessels, a stasis bay holds a large number of stasis rooms that allows ship occupants to sleep in stasis during a long journey. Each bay is broken into rooms, each containing anywhere from forty to nearly two hundred tubes with racks for OW storage. The tubes have hemosynthetic functions and can create people or objects as well. The body can be maintained in stasis indefinitely.

The walls are lined with armor plating to protect the occupants from potential external attacks, the floor is a smooth white gloss. Elevators and stairs provide access to above rooms, and each bay also has a cafeteria in it. There is a primary control center to monitor the vital signs of each tube, in the event of an emergency.
