During the First Mishhuvurthyar War, Nougfran II was held by the Sfrarabla Mishhuvurthyar Xhrafuklurp (SMX) . At the end of the war, the system turned over to Yamatai Star Empire as part of the Intergalactic Armistice Agreement of YE 30 (IAA) signed at the International Relations Conference of YE 30. In the Second Mishhuvurthyar War, the NMX conquered the Nougfran system and held it until YE 33 or YE 34.

In YE 41, during the Kuvexian Invasion of YE 41 (part of the Kuvexian War), Nugfran II was occupied by the forces of the Interstellar Kingdom Of Kuvexia.
