Ultrite

Ultrite is a Light metal alloy discovered from the alloy chunks captured from Draco Eridanus System specifically the formerly rogue planet. It is a material that can be made into anything.

History

In YE 45 a rogue planet entered the Draco Eridanus System fortunately, the Mining Guild as well as the Dusk Orbital Guard were able to prevent it from causing too much dusturbance to the population inhabiting the capital of the system. and the planet was settled into position close to the star. They eventually sent explorers to the planet, to observe and see what they can find.

At a place on the planet, they chose to call Masasume Point, their Mineral Scanners, went crazy due to unable to read the exact type of metal that they were hovering over. They deployed electromagnetic fields to to capture a chunk of the new molten material and brought it back, some went to Station Omacron, others went to the captail of the New Dusk Conclave Sirris 4, where the Mining Guild’s main branch headquarters examined and tested the new material.The metal came out shiny like stainless steel, but it was very hard and durable. They chose to name the allow Ultrite, and they continued to scan and research the material. for their new armor use.

Appearance

Ultrite’s composite makeup is made up of equal parts Titanium, Steel, Tungsten, Chromium, iridium, the appearance of this metal allow is shiny, but also has a dark blueish gray hue in appearance.

Type and Design

Ultrite’s composite makeup is made up of equal parts Titanium, Steel, Tungsten, Chromium, iridium. During their molten origins, the electromagnetic field crushed the molten alloy so constricted. This began to affect the alloy at the molecular level since heat is being used, this made the molecules separate, and by the force of the crush, the molecules began forming back together, but not to their original positions but new ones, and to new different molecules that stabilized into something new.

As this happened at the molecular level, at the normal level, the heat and the pressure cause the alloy to begin to visibly merge, spreading and filling the metal changing as they merged. The metal with the addition of Chromium causes the finished new metal to be silver and reflective which is similar to the state of stainless steel.

characteristics

Here are some characteristics as a result of its composite make up.

  • Durability Rival Because of the inclusion of Titanium, Steel, and Tungsten, Ultrite has a durable to rival that of Durandium Alloy. It is exceptionally resistant to wear and damage which could make it useful for starships, robots or armor.
  • Heat Resistance: The inclusion of Chromium and Iridium provides Ultrite with exceptional heat resistance. This makes it suitable for use in environments with extreme temperatures, such as spacecraft re-entry, lava worlds, or the construction of advanced industrial equipment or energy weapons.
  • Lightweight: Despite its incredible strength, Ultrite will be surprisingly lightweight due to the Titanium component, making it ideal for applications where weight is a crucial factor, such as aerospace engineering, robotic, Armor or Power Armor.
  • Corrosion Resistance: Chromium and Iridium are both highly corrosion-resistant materials. This property makes Ultrite well-suited for underwater applications, such as deep-sea exploration or the construction of submarines.
  • Energy Conductivity: The Tungsten in Ultrite provides excellent electrical conductivity, making it valuable for electronic applications and high-tech devices.
  • Versatility: Ultrite's unique combination of properties makes it versatile and adaptable for various applications. For instance, it could be used to create advanced armor for military purposes, cutting-edge tools, or components for space exploration.

Availability

What is required is the materials it’s made out of and a very hot place, volcanoes can be found all over the universe on any tropical planet, but the chances that the elements would be within the volcano is rare. Unless the top conditions are met, then they can make Ultrite, but so far it is only available to the Mining Guild and those they sell it to.
