The New Dusk Conclave is willing to exchange personnel, equipment, and information with other military forces for a variety of reasons.

Exchanging personnel in specific does several things, including, but not limited to:

• Promoting learning and adjustment to allied tactics and methods
• Promoting New Dusk Conclave capabilities and technology
• Building trust, working relationships, and camaraderie among allied forces

The NDC understands that exchange candidates are required to represent the fledgeling nation in their entirety and are the best representation of the NDC's civilian culture and military populace to the host nation. It is critical that the candidate is trained, dressed, and inclined to impress. Due to this and other factors, selection of the best and brightest is extremely important.

Eligibility requirements

• Weapons qualification 35/40 or better with all commonly used weapons platforms
• Physical Fitness Test score 220/300 or better
• Power Armor qualified
• Favorable or morally unambiguous disciplinary record
• 1 (one) or more combat rotations completed
• NCO rank 1 or higher on record at any point in career (morally questionable actions leading to demotion are disqualifying.)

Exchange candidates will be embedded in allied and/or friendly military units for a period of three months to two years, dependant on training program and host nation. During the exchange, the candidate is expected to perform all duties in accordance with the standard operating provedure of their attached unit. This includes participating in combat, PMCS/maintenence of their assigned gear, weapons, and self, and other occupational/job related duties.

• Exchange candidates will abide by the lawful orders, commands, and instructions of officers and personnel with senior rank or equivalent. If an order seems unlawful by host nation laws, the soldier is required to request proof of lawfulness before following the order.
• Disciplinary issues are to be handled by the host nation immidiately, with more questionable or greivous offenses investigated and charged appropriately by the home nation.
• Access to classified, restricted, or secure materials and information is to be on a need-to-know basis as determined by the present/acting commanding officers.

Military forces that can exchange personnel with the New Dusk Conclave include, but are not limited to:

• Yamatai Star Empire and her Suzerains beginning in late YE 41.

Candidates are to wear their own affiliated uniforms, including all appropriate patches, ranks, and IDs. Only issued and personal items are to be brought to exchange postings, as allied nation's equipment will not be provided except in special circumstances. Procurement of ammunition, and appropriate consumables, will be provided in monthly shipments, unless an emergency resupply is required.

The Section Six Armed Forces and Section Six Navy do not provide equipment to exchange personnel, except in such cases as regulation requiring personal protective equipment in the NDC, but not the Home nation. In this case these items will be supplimented with NDC issued gear, which will turned in to the candidate's command upon completion of their duty assignment.

Exchange personnel from other nations will be trained on NDC equipment and weapons, though will be allowed to utilize their home nation's equipment, weapons, and gear as deemed appropriate by immediate supervisor and hosting command, with special consideration to mission perameters. (Ex. Carbines and light combat armor for boarding operations, fighter aircraft for carrier engagements, etc.)

As of yet, the New Dusk Conclave has not given or recieved any exchange candidates, nor made any notable impressions.

However, when this happens, this article will be updated with name, rank, awards, and training programs completed.
