Personality: John is a strong minded individual. He prefers to be a loner but does see the need in working with a team at times. He can be stubborn but knows when to take direction. He can be overconfident in his abilities and can be seen as arrogant by his comrades. John is extremely loyal to his friends and comrades even if he is highly sarcastic

John comes from a military family with modest recognition. His father served as a pilot in the Star Army Military aboard a cruiser. He was killed less than a year after John joined the military.

Aunt Josephine- Civilian Psyhics Teacher Uncle Lando- Civilian Contractor

John never saw his father much as he was usually always out on deployment. His mother died when he was very young and he was mostly raised by his Aunt Josephine and Uncle Lando. Both were civilians, deciding not to take the family route of joining the military. John received a good education from his Aunt who was a psyhics teacher at the local university. Even though he was involved in sports, Josephine hoped that giving him a good educational foundation would lead to him following a more lucrative career path in civilian service.

John had originally intended to go to college and not follow in his fathers foot steps of being a Pilot. However after realizing that civilian life wasn't for him, John enlisted in the Star Army at the age of 18. After completing basic training he found out that his father he been killed in a mission defending civilians from pirates.

This gave John new motivation to follow in his father's footsteps so that his memory wasn't forgotten.

John has a strong working knowledge of several different types of communications equipment. He is versed in everything light signaling to high end communications equipment.

John is proficient with a rifle, getting top marks in his class. He has also good in close quarters combat using a knife pistol combo to dispatch enemies. Being into sports in school, John has a rather solid build which puts him on par with Marine standards.

John has basic survival skills from basic training. He uses his other skills in engineering to come up with innovative ways to survive in the field.

Basic training instilled a lot of discipline into John. He shares his father's ability to follow orders and is used being told what to do. John is a three-dimensional thinker and plans ahead.

His Uncle taught him a lot about the various types of technology that he may encounter. Thus he has a strong working knowledge of many high end computer systems.

John is skilled in the operation of most land vehicles. This includes tanks and mecha.

His Aunt Josephine taught John some advanced math skills. His military training enhanced those skills giving him a good working knowledge of complex computations.
