Build and Skin Color: Harvey has a medium sized frame and a very lean, muscular figure. His skin is naturally fair, but he has a light brown tan.

Eyes and Facial Features: Harvey's eyes are dark brown. His face is square, lean and quite youthful. It is pretty angular yet also soft. His jaw is somewhat prominent as is his brow. His nose is perfectly straight and a bit small.

Hair Color and Style: Harvey's hair is dark brown. His scalp and chin are completely devoid of hair as he decided to have hair in those areas permanently removed to ensure he always has a sharp, disciplined look.

Distinguishing Features: His bald head.

Personality: Harvey is a very friendly, agreeable and outgoing person. He is quite tolerant and patient with others and difficulties he encounters. He sees new experiences and obstacles as opportunities to build character and always tries to do his best. His years as a cadet have taught him to be very kind, conscientious and well mannered. They have also given him great discipline and a strong desire to always be orderly. In addition, Harvey has learned to be highly proactive and likes to tackle problems before or as they arise, socially and in general. Though he has high standards for himself he doesn't try to force them on others or look down on those that are easily contented or apathetic. Instead, he tries to encourage them to improve themselves in a gentle, friendly manner. Despite his strict approach to life, he is actually a very fun loving and easygoing person with a good sense of humor.

Harvey (originally known as Eric) grew up in the college town of Doshington and was raised as an only child by two loving parents, both teachers, which he got along with very well. He lived a peaceful, largely uneventful life. He excelled in school and the youth cadets program he participated in from the very first day he was eligible to take part in it. Harvey greatly enjoyed the cadets. As a result, it a had profound effect on his personality as he took everything he was taught to heart and became very fond of the military. So great was his enthusiasm towards the armed forces that when he turned fifteen he traveled alone to the slums of Funky City to enlist. Upon meeting a recruiter he gave a fake name, lied about his age and claimed he was an orphaned street youth without documentation that would likely resort to a life of crime if he wasn't able to get in. Not wanting to worry his parents and believing they would respect his wishes, he left behind a note stating what he had intended to do. He successfully passed all exams and training and found they did as he had expected. It wasn't too hard for them. They had known he would likely eventually enlist for a long time and were proud of his decision. He had also never really given them trouble before and they figured he was already mature enough to decide what he wanted to do since he was much more disciplined and sure of himself than most kids his age.

• Communication : Harvey is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, ships, ground vehicles, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. He character is fluent in Nepleslian. He can speak and write it correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc. Harvey is skilled in field communications and is proficient in all rudimentary forms of communication (hand signals, flashing lights, etc).

• Fighting : Harvey received intensive hand-to-hand combat training (primarily focused on disabling and/or killing opponents) and has followed up that knowledge with a rigorous training program. Weapons he is trained in include pistols of all types, knives, grenades (and other forms of explosive weaponry) and rifles of all kinds. He is in excellent physical shape and has considerable endurance. Harvey is also able to pilot land-based power armors, but must rely on the suit’s A.I. to do anything advanced.

• Survival: Harvey knows how to survive in hostile environments. He can build shelters, hunt and forage for food, build a fire, etc. The character can camouflage himself and is familiar with guerrilla warfare tactics.

• Strategy (Tactics/discipline): Harvey can understand and give out tactical commands and work with his troop to follow those commands efficiently. He knows the importance of teamwork on the battlefield, has been intensively trained in discipline and morale, and is able to recognize the command structure even while under extreme pressure (combat, etc). Harvey is able to recognize ambush points. He knows basic math in order to calculate distances, etc, and can use a tactical map.
