4th AASP Fleet Organization
4th AASP Fleet is organized into three separate components which are designed to operate in conjunction. The first is the Fleet's Marine combat contingent. The second is the Navy's warships and support vessels. The third and final component of the 4th Fleet is the administrative Headquarters contingent based on Nepleslia Prime.
Naval Units
4th Fleet's Naval combat component is composed of the following:
- 2 Cruiser Divisions
- 1 Carrier Division
- 1 Dreadnought Division
- 1 Battlecruiser Division
These five divisions are meant to act either independently or in concert with one another. The Fleet is highly adaptable to all scenarios, able to win through superior firepower, maneuvering or its large starfighter force.
First Cruiser Division
The First Cruiser Division falls under the direct command of Grand Admiral Dominic Valken. The First Division usually remains as a military reserve, guarding the expanding colonies. Of its component units, only the 4th Squadron is routinely deployed on independent operations. This makes the so-called “Death Squadron” a highly desirable command. The nickname comes from the Grand Admiral's association of the number 4 and death.

Second Cruiser Division
The 2nd Cruiser Division is commanded by Rear Admiral Wallace Armstrong. It is used to support to the Dreadnought Division in fleet actions requiring the entire Fleet, though it is smaller than the First Cruiser Division. More often, its units are deployed on independent patrol operations.

Carrier Group
Commanded by Rear Admiral billie haylen, the carrier group is responsible for the transport and delivery of the Fleet's main starfighter element and the 4th Marine Shaik. Many of the units are newly formed and recruited from former UOCPKF personnel serving in the SMDIoN.

Dreadnought Division
The Dreadnought Division is the heavy combatant arm of the 4th Fleet. It is deployed ahead of the Cruiser Squadrons, which support its flanks. The Division is commanded by Rear Admiral Aurelia Solomon.

Battlecruiser Division
The Battlecruiser Division is the 4th Fleet's Quick Reactionary Force, its Independent Raiding Force, and its Counter-Offensive Force. In essence, any task requires both speed and extremely heavy firepower is designated to the Battlecruiser Division. Because of the presence of a third of the Fleet's battlecruiser units, the Division actually outguns both Cruiser Divisions despite being numerically smaller. It is commanded by Rear Admiral Tamara Novikov.
