Within the Poku Saeruo Degonjo Citizenship bestows rights and responsibilities. These are the clan specific laws.
Citizens enjoy the following rights.
Within the Poku Saeruo Degonjo there are other members who have a different level of citizenship. The following are examples of such.
Clan members who do not complete the Baqnor (move from youth), have a lesser status within the clan.
Tula are automatically afforded status as a member of the Poku Vit (Plant Clan). They have the following rights.
Other Poku'vonai who take and fail the ritual, or choose to not take it, retain the following rights.
These members of the clan have unique circumstances and so have specific rights.
Being a member of the Poku Saeruo Degonjo is a major part of all Poku'vonai. For these reason being Cast out from the Poku'vonai is one of the harshest punishments. It means to be stricken from Punla (Family), Ruoka (House), Jaeli (Sects). Once a person is cast out, it is as though they never existed. There is no return from this punishment. This punishment is given for heinous crimes such as sexual assault.
Before the Norka (The Exodus) a person being cast out would be taken to the edge of the settlement branded and turned loose. Left to fend for themselves with no tools or weapons.
When being cast out, the person will either be taken to a planet and left there with nothing.
For some offenses Censuring is the accepted form of punishment. This is basically a temporary punishment, that revokes the offenders status within their Jaeli (Sects), along with other restrictions.

Most of these rights are suspended since the Poku Saeruo Degonjo currently has no alliances, and Non-Clan members do not travel within the clan. However, they were never officially taken off the books, so if non-clan members who were not Râyjo Vonai (Bound People) or prisoners, were allowed in. These laws would be binding.
Vonai'bu Emissaries who request entry to Poku Saeruo Degonjo territory have the following rights.
Vonai'bu (Aliens) who have come to work in Poku Degonjo Saeruo territory will be issued prior to their departure or at a way station
Vonai'bu (Aliens) who are visiting the Poku Degonjo Saeruo will be issued travel papers when they go through customs.
Anyone wishing to conduct trade within the Poku Degonjo Saeruo territory must have a Trade permit.
The Poku Saeruo Degonjo has started making Poku'kai Kavoráyi (Alliances) with various species in the region of Sotâka Ruomâqi (World Station).
Every citizen has the right to pursue employment regardless of Jaeli (Sects), Ruoka (House), sex or species so long as they are physically able and have the requisite skills.
Death is a natural part of life, but there are laws within the Poku Saeruo Degonjo that provide guide lines on how it is handled.
Under these conditions death is considered natural
Life is fraught with dangers, and Poku'vonai die from accidents.
Murder is not unheard of, but it is considered a dishonorable, cowardly way to kill. Death under these ways is considered Murder
Execution as punishment can only be issued by the Tanoi (Council) or the Mui (Clan Leader).
Assault comes in three forms within the clan.
A person may be incarcerated as either punishment, or pending punishment
Currently the only planet that a person can be incarcerated is Ikâtue (Rock)
Sotâka Ruomâqi (World Station) has the only current active prison facility.
