Sensors and Navigation

The Sensors Station allows for the crew to see outside the ship, they will be able to detect planets, asteroids, and other ships in the vicinity. Since the Colonial fleet is indeed massive, the sensors are carefully tuned not to pick up the other allied ships. Of course, they are picked up if they get too close to the ship. Sensors and Navigation go hand in hand, as the Navigators also use sensors to pick up where the ship had appeared and where astral bodies were. This is also done with the Astrometrics Bay on the ship.

Communications Station

The Communications Station allows for inter-ship communications, and receiving of messages and other data. Orders from Commanding Officers are also transferred from the Communication Station.
