Founded in YE 32, Davey Boones started as a small local store providing limited guide service for hunting and fishing with curated products relating to the same. As the stores popularity grew, it began to open franchise store all over Funky city, then Nepleslia. In YE 36 Davey Boones opened a store and warehouse in the Majestic system on a space station orbiting Showdown. YE 38 saw the introduction of Davey Boones private R&D group that began development of its Flagship product, the Hawk Guide Craft.

Davey Boones Headquarters is located in Funky City on Neplesia. The facility is a nondescript concrete structure that many would take as “just another office building.” Housing roughly 75 employees at any time, the interior is a far cry from what one would expect from the exterior. Rich darkwood paneling and overstuffed leather furniture is pervasive throughout. Taxidermized creatures of all shapes and sizes can be found throughout the building. There is a large freshwater pool in the center of the building that is kept stocked with sporting fish for employees and their families to fish in as time allows.

Davey Boone currently has 32 Retail locations, served by 4 Distribution warehouses, throughout DIoN space. Davey Boone also operates an R&D compound on the world of Showdown in the Majestic system.

Davey Boone is overseen by a corporate board of executives. Comprised of twelve individuals and is overseen by the CEO as the thirteenth member. Members of the board are each divided among different divisions of the company. The major divisions are; Sales, Advertising, R&D, production, and resource management. Individual storefronts are allowed to operate on a mostly independent basis, with the caveat that a certain percentage of the showroom floor and digital footprint is occupied by corporate-designated products.
