David Stryker is a Jiyuuian serving in the United Outer Colonies Peacekeeping Forces.

David is a Player Character played by Manus Dei. He is newly assigned to the UCS Zenpyou.

Build and Skin Colour: Pale skin and a well toned muscular build. Facial Features and Eye Colour: Powerful jaw, wind and dirt weathered face and a beard that is cut to about half an inch. Green eyes with brown around the iris. Hair Colour and Style: 2 inch long wavy hair that is swept back as best as it can be.

David has a calm demeanor normally and doesn't easily get upset, he will force himself not to get upset if he can because it keeps him from getting into unintended conflict. This makes him very level headed even in chaotic situations. David speaks with a slow, quiet, yet powerful voice. He speaks quietly is because he always speaks with only enough volume that is needed. David chooses his words before he speaks but doesn't always convey what he intended to. David doesn't like to start conversations with new people but is not shy if he is spoken too. David is annoyed by people when they talk to much during the calm before combat, because this is when he prays and meditates on the battle ahead. David has very strong ties to his comrades in arms and will defend them in combat and during down time scuffles, because he feels that your squad is your family and your family is the most important thing and requires protection.

David was born on Tatiana in a small town deep in one of Tatiana’s Lush temperate forests. He grew up in a large family with many brothers and sisters. His father was a Local artisan and his mother was a doctor. David was brought up with a reverence for the forest and all the animals that lived in it. When he learned of the encroaching Mishhu threat he and some of his siblings joined the Star army in a hope to help protect their family from the Mishhu. Because of David’s skill with a rifle and hunting he joined the Star army as a Armour pilot to make good use of his skills.

David is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. He is fluent in English. He can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc.

David received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. He is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons he is trained in include energy pistols, knives, grenades, rifles and power armor. He prefers killing at long range and while hidden like the hunter he was raised as.

David is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. He is proficient in entering and/or searching for information.

David received basic mathematics training, to including up to algebra and trigonometry.

David is very good with a blade, But not in combat. David carves wood etchings and small tokens from wood. His wood carvings are mainly woodland scenes or of animals. He takes great pride in his work and uses his art as a means of meditation and recovery.

To keep him and his siblings entertained during one of their woodland excursions he would play songs on a small pipe he carved out of a animal's femur. The quality of the music was not that good but his skill, and is his instrument, have improved to a reasonable level.

David has always had an affinity for the woods. His survival skills have always been his strongest suit since he was young when him and his siblings would go camping for days on end and would survive on only minor provisions. David was always the best amongst his siblings at tracking and hunting for food and at building shelters.
