Sulevi stands 1.52 meters, and weighs 60 kg. In spite of being a Minkan, he has been gene-modded to have a rabbitoid appearance, complete with long ears and digitigrade legs; possessing grey fur and brown eyes. He typically wears a keen countenance.

Passionate and competitive, Sulevi is one who easily gets himself into trouble. This is emphasized in his piloting style, as he prefers an aggressive, direct approach in engagements. As well, he has quite the temper, though he does make an effort to “keep a lid on it”; though when pushed too far, he will make his displeasure known.

Foibles aside, he is protective of those close to him, putting himself in danger as a result.

Born human, Sulevi would spend his early life onboard many a spaceship, due to being from a family of spacers. On YE 41, he would inevitably also find work as a crewman aboard a merchant ship. Serving as a heavy equipment operator, he would use a CAMIE M11 construction mecha to load and unload cargo.

The ship he served aboard worked within Yamatai territory and their sphere of influence, though in YE 44.9 a trek off the beaten path led to the ship having a run-in with pirates. As the ship signalled distress, it was swarmed by the marauders. Sulevi had to be held back by one of his crewmates, as the only means he had to fight the boarders was his civilian grade mecha; something useless against a real threat. One of the pirates who would mock him. “This little rabbit thinks he has teeth! But he’s a little rabbit all the same.”

Before all was lost, in the nick of time a Yamatai patrol ship arrived, responding to the ship’s distress signal. The pirate would beat a hasty retreat, as they we not prepared to fight the military. While the day saved, Sulevi was sour at how helpless he was.

The next time the ship made port, Sulevi chose to resign, so he could enlist in the Army. He wanted to prove that pirate wrong, declaring that this “little rabbit” would find his teeth. Sulevi would receive his minkan body shortly before enlisting, choosing a somewhat odd rabbitoid appearance to further emphasize this.

Due to his experience as a civilian mecha pilot, he was enlist as a military pilot, having to mostly re-learn what he thought he knew about mecha operations. In YE 46.8 he was finally ready for his first deployment, ready to make good on his promise.
