The Ne-P1-13 is a defensive structure designed to provide not only armored protection to a base but also 'armed' protection thanks to its turret mounts. It was created in ER 398.

The P1-13 is a defense wall that towers over most bases that it is built around, it is designed to absorb a large amount of punishment thanks to its heavy armor plating. However, versions of the wall allow it to be fitted with weapon mounts or to have armored 'sleeves' to allow heavy weapons such as anti-tank cannons or those on top of actual tanks to fire through the wall, although this presents a weak point in the wall itself.

Currently, due to the lack of heavy armor plating, the armor is designed out of the three currently used armor materials that the Neshaten created, those being: Energized Crynatorium, which is the first layer of armor on the wall. The second is Crynatorium, which is the second layer just behind the first. The third, and last, is Cynestran, which is nearly four feet thick.

It's very tall size ensures that it can't be produced as a single piece and must be built on site.
