Rioc 488 was created in YE 41 as part of the 488 cohort. Though he showed immense aptitude in the study of strategy, defeating the second-best member of his cohort, joizic_488, in every tournament, he opted not to pursue a warrior cadre's occupation within the NDC military. Instead, he decided to become a scientific ambassador specializing in linguistics and xenobiology.
