The men and women in services are the backbone of the Scientific Studies Service (SSS). These are not technically trained people, but they provide a vital service. This covers the cooks, grounds keepers, housekeeping, cleaners, etc. Support personnel are found on every campus, station within the SSS. They are often hired from the local population.

They are not however found on off-world locations, those are Scientific Studies Service - Expedition personnel.
