Most contact with the Democratic Imperium has been either via the International Relations Conference or by trade. However, it is obvious to say that the average Abwehran citizen has issues with Nepleslia and its history of gang warfare (especially when adolescents were involved). The fact that some Nepleslian smugglers have brought firearms onto Abwehr is even more of an annoyance.

Much of the Abwehrans relations with the Free State stems from Relay Moon in Neue Jaspis. The AI on said moon has been the primary relay between the two nations as well as a relay of immigration. The average Abwehran citizen mostly feels sympathy towards the Freespacers due to the Yamataian's genocidal actions.

A distant, yet friendly nation to the Abwehran Star Empire, the Iromakuanhe are a mysterious people to the average Abwehran citizen. While some have arrived with the Commonwealth's embassy, the two peoples are still feeling each other out.

There has been no official contact with the Kingdom of Neshaten.

There has been very little contact with the Lorath Matriarchy except for trade and the International Relations Conference.

There has been no official contact with the Poku Degonjo Saeruo (Hidden Sun Clan).

Mostly known for their second military force, the NMX, the Sfrarabla Nougpift is a government that causes quite a bit of fear in the average Imperial citizen. This is especially true with stories from UOC refugees as well as Nepleslian immigrants. However, with the war between the Yamatai Star Empire and the NMX ending, the fear is slowly dwindling.

While talk from the Yamatai Star Empire is that out peaceful coexistence now a days, the average Abwehran citizen still remembers the day of First Contact. The sudden appearance and disappearance of the Yamataians caused such an uproar that it left the Abwehran people paranoid and worried. Of course, the Yamataians assistance with the Khorsovaroloran Incident has increased public opinion of the more powerful neighbor. However, both envy and paranoia still exist among the average Abwehran citizen, which has lead to a more tense neutrality when thinking about them.
