The NO-M1-W3501 was developed for use with the NO-M1-2a - Mantis Power Armor, it became available in YE 36.

The NO-M1-W3501 is an anti-personnel weapon intended for use in crowd control situations. It is a Long Range Acoustic Device which emits high frequency sound with the intent of disorienting the target.

The weapon has two modes of operation, beam and wide angle. It beam mode the sonic energy travels in a narrow beam wide enough to encompass a single person. Other people in the line of fire will be effected. Wide angle the sonic energy is fired over a 25° arc from the weapon.

Note: This weapon has no effect on individuals in Power Armor. Note: Hearing protection has no effect as the weapon affects the body, not the auditory system. Note: Being inside of a vehicle depending on the type can reduce or block the effectiveness.

• Location: Incorporated in to the fore arms of the armor.
• Effects are temporary, disorientation passes within 2-3 minutes.
