Omoi (mood) nails contain a flat strip of liquid crystals with a protective coating. Underneath this layer is a wafer thin layer of circuits designed to detect chemical changes in the wearer. Based on these the circuits apply a minor electrical charge to the crystals to cause them to twist. The twisting changes their molecular structure, which alters the wavelengths of light that are absorbed or reflected. 'Wavelengths of light' is another way of saying 'color', so when the liquid crystals twist, so does their color. Each nail contains a micro-battery that lasts for 12 hours of operation

Due to physiological differences, Omoi nails are tailored to a specific species. Currently we offer Omoi-nails for use by, Human, Nepleslian, Nekovalkyrja, Yamataians.

Each pack of Omoi-nails contains 100 nails of varying sizes.
