Hair Color and Style: Julian wears his brown hair in a medium length faux hawk, and it tends to stay styled even with a helmet on.

Distinguishing Features: Julian broke his arm in a freak accident, and their are quite a few cybernetic implants in his right arm to fix tissue and bone damage.

Personality: Julian is a very friendly and humorous person. He tries to be friends with everybody he knows, and does his best to avoid conflicts between his allies and fellow servicemen and servicewomen. However he'll call out a superior if he feels that their orders are wrong or could put people in unnecessary danger. He has a way with words that can sway somebody's opinion in his favor or against someone else. However, he is somewhat awkward around women he finds attractive.

Julian was always used to high expectations. His father was a prolific Commander of a Nepleslian ship about 15 years ago. His mother is the CEO of a high-profile weapons corporation on Nepleslia. His parents enrolled him at the NSS Charter, the most prestigious military academy on the planet, expecting their son to become one of the greatest military commanders the Nepleslian Navy had ever seen. Unfortunately, Julian would never live up to those expectations. He was good, but not good enough. He barely graduated from the Charter, and decided to exit his father's shadow by enlisting in the Marines instead of the Navy. He attended Funky City Boot Camp at the age of 20. And is hoping to transfer into the 4th AASP. However, Julian still aspires to live up to the expectations and eventually be able to command his own ship. Meanwhile, his younger sister Miranda received top marks in the Academy and actually surpassed her parents' expectations, and became one of the top starfighter pilots in the Nepleslian Navy at the very young age of 19.

Julian is adept at hand to hand combat. He underwent a rigorous training program at the military academy and followed up that training at Funky City. His right arm was severely damaged in a freak sparring accident but the cybernetics in that arm have increased his speed and power.

Communications is probably Julian's most polished skill. He speaks fluent Nepleslian and Yamataian and can read and write very well in both languages. Julian spent much of his time at the academy studying the two languages and is excellent at writing field reports, conducting radio transmissions, and communicate under fire.

Julian is decent at best at his survival skills. He can survive on his own for about two days at the most before he would need to be rescued.

Julian is an excellent tactician and can survey a battlefield in seconds and decide the best course of action. However, he is much better working on the fly where he can see the situation, rather than formulating a pre-planned strategy, so he isn't the best strategist when he's not in combat.

Julian has basic skills in flying a starfighter, learned from simulation runs against his sister, along with studying tactics and mechanics at NSS Charter. He is an excellent driver, as during his downtime at the NSS Charter he would frequently enter local races.

Julian is just learning how to play the electric guitar, but he's determined to learn, considering his love for rock music.

Due to his extensive knowledge of cars and vehicles, Julian knows his away around any type of transport, whether it be systems, parts, and the like.
