Nevsa Remore is a player character played by Samuel.

Height: 5'4” Mass: 140 lbs Measurements: 36AA-25-36 Build and Skin Color: Hlaraian by birth, Nevsa has the typical flesh-colored skin of her race. She also has the typical small frame of a physically fit young woman.

Eyes and Facial Features: Nevsa has bright blue eyes that contrast greatly with her black hair. She has a sharp chin, and a small mouth that is almost perpetually in a pout.

Ears: Her horns are thin and elegant, curving slightly inwards.

Hair Color and Style: She has mid-length black hair that frames her face. It is made straight and bright through constant work maintained through the day.

Distinguishing Features: Nevsa's bright blue eyes are potentially her most distinguishing feature.

Personality: Nevsa is almost desperate for social approval. Youngest by ten years, Nevsa felt a responsibility to 'fit in' with her older siblings. This causes her to be very sociable, seeking contact with others and an attempt to be friends with everyone around her. Unfortunately, she is also spoiled – she expects everything to come easily to her, and is easily frustrated when things don't go her way. It isn't uncommon for her to leave things half-finished or to avoid tasks entirely if she can't immediately resolve them.

Nevsa isn't used to conflict between her and others, and is easily cowed by more dominant personalities. She has a tendency to pout instead of getting angry or moving on, sulking for long periods of time over simple things. She is also pettily competitive, and sulks over losses or perceived losses.

Born and raised in Caal Dja on Hlarai, Nevsa grew up in a relatively small and financially successful family. The youngest of four by a stretch of ten years, Nevsa spent her teenage years as an almost only-child due to her siblings' moving out. Her academic work passed splendidly, and she grew up a socially stable – if easily influenced – young woman.

When she came of age, she briefly took a job as a tour guide for the many tourists to her world. Unsatisfied by her job and suffering from a feeling of inadequacy, Nevsa enlisted in the Astral Vanguard.

Nevsa is proficient in both defensive and offensive hand-to-hand techniques as well as the use of several hand weapons, including knives, pistols, rifles and light explosives such as grenades. She is in excellent physical form, with sufficiently high endurance to survive situations such as elevated G-forces.

Nevsa has had extensive courses in the use of NI systems aboard the Organoid craft employed by the Astral Vanguard, and understands how to properly utilize her own entry ports to interface with compatible systems. The use of standard-issue electronic devices and conventional computers have also been a part of her education.

Nevsa is capable of using all standard communications found in the Iromakuanhe Astral Commonwealth, in particular those employed by the Astral Vanguard. This includes laser, radio and MASC-enhanced variations in various formats and media. She is fluent in Saalsari and Haidasari, and can speak, read and write it correctly. She can communicate clearly even while under fire or in other unnerving situations.

Nevsa is capable of basic medical techniques, including everything up to first aid, emergency care such as CPR or the Heimlich maneuver and the administering of pre-prepared medicine, such as painkillers or stimulants.

Nevsa has advanced comprehension and practical ability in the piloting of a Powered Frame unit, capable of flying under most conditions and operating all of the onboard weaponry safely and efficiently in combat scenarios. She can make complex battlefield maneuvers while under high stress (combat, etc) and adjust her movements to compensate for all logical combat variables (gravity, weapons fire, atmospheric conditions, etc). She understands the basic functionality of her machine and can make basic repairs to certain subsystems.

Nevsa has learned the essentials of tactics and command, but has not achieved the required level of mastery to put herself in a command position. However, she is capable of giving and following tactical orders quickly and efficiently in combat scenarios and can follow the command structure of her unit or wing while under highly stressful conditions (combat, etc). She is capable of making use of the information given to her (tactical maps, target statistics, marked targets, etc) and finding relevant information to send to the rest of her unit.

Nevsa has memorized all the meditations found in the Book of Dreams. She learned them by necessity to remain focused throughout her training and induction into the Astral Vanguard.
