Illajana is an ethereal Norian female with tempting green eyes framed by voluptuous hip-length white curls. She has elongated ears that taper to a point and are often adorned with tasteful elegant jewelry. Her attire is always light and refined, giving off the appearance of a effervescent joyful individual. Her musculature is lithe, a deceptively crafted form to deter others from noticing her strength and speed.

Illajana is emulates the traits of an ESFJ-A²⁾ personality type. She gives the impression that she is very serious about her devotion of service to others. Others assume she has a defined positive moral compass as she always endeavors to help others around her better themselves. At social events she can always be found networking with others, aiming to be a lasting presence in the lives of all she encounters. She excels at connecting with others, giving them the feeling that she truly cares.

In reality she is loyal to one person only, Vaelaris Orinas. She is extremely manipulative and willing to bend the tales of reality to put her in a good light when she has to hurt someone to help him. Without a thought she will twist someone's weakness for her own gain, as long as it is to suit the goals of her cousin. Illajana was born in 189 BYE on Lorenz to Oloa and Quialnys Orinas. Her childhood was frought with loneliness as her parents were both surgeons on the board with a major private medical service in Noria. This often left her alone to her own thoughts, which led her to venture out on her own many times. One of those time she ran into her cousin Vaelaris, who was also left on his own due to his parents occupation. Though she did not escape to see him often, she developed a close bond with him. It was decidedly thee only emotionally intimate bond she had for much, if not all of her life. Whenever she could she would bring him the most complicated puzzles that she could get her hands on. Her higher than average intelligence distanced her from others in the education realm. She was ahead several grades compared to those of a similar age group, thanks to private tutors paid for by her parents. They felt that this customized education somehow made it up for their lack of presence in Illajana's life. Until her early forties she craved her parents affection, pursuing medical school to the fullest of her abilities. She also took some classes in politics to assist with being able to navigate the complex social aspects of medical organizations.

After she graduated she served as a surgeon with the same private medical service as her parents. She made a point to network with big companies that could help further her pursuits at a later time. These included several social events with Lux Aurora and Gilmar Bank that often garnered media attention. Despite all this effort Illajana put in she slowly began to realize that nothing she did would ever make her parents love her as much as they loved their job. This drove her closer to Vaelaris, the only emotional tie she had. During the Umarian Wars her cousin's enlistment nearly broke her. It drove her to near madness, she turned the skills she had learned in politics and medicine to darker pursuits. She began more purposefully manipulating others for her own entertainment, often cutting things off in a way that made someone think it was their own fault and not hers.

When her cousin returned as from the Umarian Wars suffering from afflictions caused by his imprisonment, she personally made it a point to assure he was nursed back to health. Even if their paths parted again, she wanted to know that he at least had one person that was there to assist with his goals. As he was for her during their childhood, or at least that's how she saw things. Illajana aided in assisting Vaelaris with displaced refugees, working her connections to facilitate medical aid and comfort to those in need. She returned to the restored Norian homeworld along with Vaelaris to expand upon her network. This led her to establish a private surgical practice that catered only to those in high ranking roles. She was on call all the times and prepared for just about whatever her patients might encounter. There were a few occasions were she was called to treat military personnel when the U.N.N. Chief of Medicine Jun Eitan was for some reason, unavailable. She would ensure that the most detailed reports were personally provided to him either by herself or encrypted digitally.

Illajana knew of Vaelaris' abusive childhood and aided in the cover up of his parents' death.
