Res'von is a tall 6'6“¹⁾ laibe, that despite being in his 50's still retains a powerful muscular frame. His fur is a goldenrod color with pomegranate red at the tip of his tail and on his hands and feet. Though his fur has lost much of its luster and has grown a bit long on his face, he still can strike an imposing figure.

He is rather strict and believes in hard work and rewarding it, while punishing those who do wrong. THough he always tries to do what's right for the people even if he comes off as over bearing. He can be stubborn when he believes he is correct, but rarely does he get heated in debate.

Outside of work he is a man of many hobbies, and rather wise. He spends a lot of time with young kits at recreation centers, acting like sort of a babysitter and has even earned the affectionate nickname “Wise Old man” from the kids, which took some getting used to.

Res'von has always worked in the division of public safety since he was young, moving his way up bit by bit. He made many pushes in his area to increase public safety and while he did not always meet with success, he never did anything to lose the people's trust. As he grew older and higher in rank, the city gave him the push to apply for councilman, and though his first application was rejected he felt the council was where he could do even more good, so he studied harder and got instated to the council.

• Knowledge: He is well versed in the laws and customs of the kingdom as well as having a rather deep understanding of the history as well. He also has a wealth of random knowledge that he uses to impress the kits, and also he keeps up with the city sports teams and trivia for the same reason.
• Leadership: While not exactly a motivational speaker, he is rather charismatic and very good at leading by example. He knows how to get people's attention and turn them down a path to improvement by using his own life as an example.
• Humanities: Having been in the division of public safety, he has taken the time to study sociology as well as as criminology. These two areas of study have given him a pretty good understanding of what drives people to do wrong and made him just a little overconfident in his theories.
• Physical: Despite being out of active duty, Res'von is very fit, even more so than when he was on duty. He is a strong believer that age is only a number and that if you stay in shape you can ward off its effects.
• Domestics: Res'von lived alone and did not have enough money to afford a maid when he got started so he had to take care of his own place and cook his own food. He's become rather efficient and good at it as well, but now that he has a maid he doesn't need it as much.
• Art and Vocation: Res'von is a man of many hobbies, always wanting to be able to talk to people about what they love. As such he's tried out many things in life, brewing alcohols, cooking, gem cutting, making furniture, poetry, and even dance. And he continues to learn and try new things.
