Build and Skin Color: Blake is of a beefy stock, with a decent mixture of muscle and fat; the latter of which has been recently been slightly toned down by his military training. Blake has been known to tan very easily, despite his relatively light skin color.
Facial Features and Eye Color: Blake has large, deep blue eyes and a relatively pointed jaw. He also keeps a small, blonde, regulation-length goatee on his chin, giving him even sharper looking features.

Distinguishing Features: Aside from his very shiny head, Blake's only unique feature is the thick layer of callous formed over his hands.
Personality: Blake is an honest, carefree individual. He prefers to be told what to do as opposed to making his own decisions. The only problem with this is that he has the ability to completely upset any orders he is given. Despite the fact that he is determined to carry out his orders quickly and efficiently, his enthusiasm usually leads to mistakes that cause big problems.
Blake is also a curious explorer of new things. He enjoys new experiences and social progress. Because of this, he is usually accepting and tolerant of most people. Unfortunately, this give him the bad habit of casually asking questions the same way a child would. “Burt, why do you only have one arm?” or “Say, Jen, I couldn't help but notice you have a very nice body. Do you get hit on a lot?”
All in all, Blake is a well-rounded individual; despite his mannerisms. He makes friends quickly and can usually find interest in any conversation. Despite the fact that his traits and interests give him an unintelligent appearance, Blake is an interesting person full of ideas and always ready to share them.

Abigail and Randolph Morris; Adoptive parents, alive and well on Nepleslia Prime. Emily Garnelle; biological mother, alive and well on Nepleslia Prime. Kyle Smith; biological father, killed in a bar fight in YE 26.
Blake is considered to be one of the lucky ones as far a Nepleslians go. His mother put him up for adoption as soon as he was born and he was given to a fairly wealthy couple. This had its advantages and its disadvantages. Despite his healthy upbringing, he lived a fairly sheltered life. After finishing school, he studied the various arts and travel for a couple of years before making his decision to join the Marines, in search of experience.
He briefly met with his mother before joining and left with her blessings, as well as those of his adoptive parents. His basic training was relatively uneventful; but his superiors noticed his predisposition to make mistakes in the field. In a last ditch effort to salvage the taxpayer dollars put into his training, they capitalized on his social proclivity and pressured him to join the Care Corps as a body guard and swept off to Cirrus Station, in the under the rug sector.
On his first day as a member of Cirrus Station Security, Blake “helped” other CSS personnel to slow down an out-of-control in-station tram. He spent the next few weeks preforming normal duties with the rest of the squad. A few weeks later, he joined the newly renamed “Squad 101” on Fortuna for bodyguard duty during the Eco-Eco summit. While there, the squad encountered Eco-terrorists attacking high-profile figure on the summit floor. Under the command of Kokuten, he aided in the extraction of Purina Popjoy, a station administrator. Also aided were a group of civilians held hostage during the attack. Blake helped until he and the rest of his squad were apprehended by the Fortuna Police.
In YE 34, Blake left the military at the end of his four-year contract. He was never a good soldier and he never even reached the rank of corporal. Downtrodden, he returned to Nepleslia prime to abuse drugs in the comfort of his parents' mansion. After valuable artifacts and expensive technology frequently went missing to aid in the construction of the young Blake's sculptures art art pieces, his parents decided to politely offer him an indefinite unpaid internship in their mining company– constant travel to far away places with minimal responsibilities and a reasonable per-diem on a corporate spending account. This gave their beloved son the ability to live on his own, far away from them. His only real instructions were to help out when he could but stay out of the way and just try to focus on his art. This seemed to be enough to get Blake out of his pit of depression and drug-abuse, though his results within the company so far have been lackluster to disastrous at best.
Blake is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, ships, ground vehicles, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. He can speak and write Nepleslian correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc. Blake is also skilled in field communications and is proficient in all rudimentary forms of communication (hand signals, flashing lights, etc).
Blake received intensive hand-to-hand combat training (primarily focused on disabling and/or killing opponents) and has followed up that knowledge with a rigorous training program. Weapons he is trained in include pistols of all types, knives, grenades (and other forms of explosive weaponry) and rifles of all kinds. He can repair weaponry with adequate tools and time. He is in excellent physical shape and has considerable endurance. He is also able to pilot land-based power armors, but must rely on the suit’s A.I. to do anything advanced.
The character knows how to survive in hostile environments. He can build shelters, hunt and forage for food, build a fire, etc. The character can camouflage himself and is familiar with guerrilla warfare tactics.
Blake can understand and give out tactical commands and work with his troop to follow those commands efficiently. He knows the importance of teamwork on the battlefield, has been intensively trained in discipline and morale, and is able to recognize the command structure even while under extreme pressure (combat, etc). He is able to recognize ambush points. He knows basic math in order to calculate distances, etc, and can use a tactical map.
Due to his bodyguard training, Blake understands the basic proceedures needed to keep a person alive until a proper medical facility is available to him, as well as most basic medical ideas.
Another benefit of bodyguard training is the ability to drive a wide variety of vehicles. Blake has been taught to utilize any means necessary to quickly get his ward to safety, essentially turning any vehicles he pilots into well-controlled machines.
Thanks to his cultured upbringing, Blake has an extreme fondness for the arts and music. He can paint or draw in multiple styles, as well as play multiple instruments. His immense passion for culture and custom has also brought him an extensive knowledge of famous works by various artists throughout the galaxy's history.
Blake Morris is currently an intern at his parents' mining company. He doesn't have an income, but he's well taken-care of.
