Mâqisumanâ was the second settlement created by the Poku Saeruo Degonjo on Âmuar (Dream) in 755 CY (YE 36).

Mâqisumanâ was built for a specific purpose which is to house the newest Otâmovi Wiy Jael (Silver Moon Sect) facility.

Construction started in the third month of 755 CY (YE 36). Clan construction teams began clearing the site and laying the foundation for the settlement. Installing structural bracing to support the final product.

In the seventh month the first wave of over 100,000 colonists moved into the prefabricated structures.

Initial mass transit is via buses, electric and bio-fueled types. Eventually a mag-lev rail system will be put in place.

Mâqisumanâ is laid out according to the standard template.

Next to the city is the compound used by the Otâmovi Wiy Jael (Silver Moon Sect)

Mâqisumanâ is projected to have an initial population of 500,000 Poku'vonai.
