A hemostatic medicine used to help stop blood loss. This is done by absorbing the water in the blood near the wound to produce a clotting effect. To do this, Blutlassen is injected into a patient just above the injury. This allows the medicine to flow down towards the wound and execute its task. This only works for blood vessels that damaged close to the skin since Blutlassen require air to actually work properly. It also generates quite a bit of heat, which causes a burning sensation in the wound itself. Other side effects of Blutlassen include possible blockage of blood vessels, but that could be preferable to death by blood loss.
